This place is a mess. From the delays in service to visible mouse traps on the sides of the building, to the absolutely disgusting bathrooms next to kitchen, it might be the most disgusting fast food place Ive ever been to. The food was cold too. On the plus side, none of us got sick.

This is the 3rd time this has happened, continue to not receive complete order. This last time I didn't receive my order at all. They put napkins in bag and that's was it NO FOOD AT ALL. SEEMS THAT THEY'RE GETTING WORSE AS TIME GOES BY.

Came to get my food the night of 11/15 and everyone was standing around in somewhere sitting watching a fight on there phone! There was a gentleman in a Walmart uniform standing in there vaping the kid at the window, eating food and not washing his hands. The girl that was there was very rude and instead of apologizing wanted to be argumentative about things they were doing I said the 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my food and there was no one else in line. An apology was not even giving! Also I tried to pay with cash and was told that I had to pay with card it would have been nice to know this b4 I ordered! When I asked to speak to a manager one guy talked to me and then a girl came and argued with me! This place has went down hill with all the rude kids

It seems this Sonic is always out of product or short staffed or something is out of order. If it wasn't so convenient, I wouldn't go at all. I have, more than once driven to Ft Oglethorpe or East Ridge to avoid this particular store.
They get 4 stars because the microphone/speaker was horrible. Otherwise, the food was good. Fried pickle fries and Dirty Dr. Pepper always makes traveling better.

UNDERSTAFFED!! Waited almost a 1/2 hr. Sadly!! The girl in drive through VERY sweet and apologetic!! I'd come back fir the food! Was very good and hot!! Franchise owners need to STAFF your store or step up and WORK!!
