This is the 3rd time this has happened, continue to not receive complete order. This last time I didn't receive my order at all. They put napkins in bag and that's was it NO FOOD AT ALL. SEEMS THAT THEY'RE GETTING WORSE AS TIME GOES BY.

Came to get my food the night of 11/15 and everyone was standing around in somewhere sitting watching a fight on there phone! There was a gentleman in a Walmart uniform standing in there vaping the kid at the window, eating food and not washing his hands. The girl that was there was very rude and instead of apologizing wanted to be argumentative about things they were doing I said the 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my food and there was no one else in line. An apology was not even giving! Also I tried to pay with cash and was told that I had to pay with card it would have been nice to know this b4 I ordered! When I asked to speak to a manager one guy talked to me and then a girl came and argued with me! This place has went down hill with all the rude kids

It seems this Sonic is always out of product or short staffed or something is out of order. If it wasn't so convenient, I wouldn't go at all. I have, more than once driven to Ft Oglethorpe or East Ridge to avoid this particular store.

Tater tots were cooked to where they were hollow inside, burgers tasted old and slapped together all the toppings were on one side BUT they did it with a smile. Clearly short handed

Absolutely horrible. I ordered 3 drinks. Two soft drink with added flavors (vanilla and cherry) and then one lemonade cream cooler. Placed my order at 10 pm sitting in the stall. After 35 MINUTES I pulled to the drive through speaker where I was asked if I had an order headed and was then asked to pull to the window. Once at the window all I got was “I’m sorry” not a reason of why it took over 30 minutes for 3 drinks. What was even better was watching a car that ordered two full meals with drinks come and go while I was waiting plus the 6 cars they serviced coming through the drive thru. The cherry on top was watching the workers laugh and have a great time will people were still waiting for their orders. Will not ever be returning to this sonic ever again. Another complaint is that their speaker box for the drive through looks like it got ran over by a truck. Oh and just fyi if you want to call in to try and figure out what’s wrong with your order…. Good luck cause the number that’s on google and in the sonic app don’t work. Worst everything. If I could give this negative review or a 0 star I would.
Sonic should really look into this location. It puts a bad name on their company all the way around.

We go to this sonic for slushes all the time, it’s close to our house. Every SINGLE time we get a slush, it’s all unflavored, with a splash of flavor on the top. We get nerds in our slushes, and they put *maybe* a spoonful on top of the slushes. It feels like a waste of money every single time and it’s incredibly frustrating.
