This Sonic has the worst costumer service ever, ignoring the people that are actually trying to order, you guys need to get better employees that actually pay attention to everyone and not ignore others; Sonics in Texas are better than here.

could not place online order as they had turned off online ordering. so had to drive to the store, line in drive thru was long so pulled into stall only to be told had to go thru drive thru. then guy was very rude taking order, rushing. i told the girl at the window the dude was rude and she said "im sorry, we only have 3 people" that is poor managment, short staff is not an excuse for this type of treatment

The people that took my orders, cooked my food and served my food were friendly, smiling, well mannered and never messed up my orders since I have been going back to Sonic because I had moved out of town. I've been back in the area since early October 2023 and had a pleasurable experience every time I've been there which is usually about twice to three times a week. Keep up the quality workmanship and great customer service folks and watch the appreciation people will show you, especially myself ???

didn’t even get to order any food so we can’t leave a review on that. the young girl (17-20) was so incredibly rude it left me & my husband shocked as we left. we pushed the button to order & the light went out so he pushed it again. she then shouted at us & said “if you give me a minute i was literally on my way” then slammed her piece of paper on the screen to take our order, as if she couldn’t be bothered to take our order. the manager (im assuming) wouldn’t have been of any better help since she was too busy smoking her cigarette in the eating area, sitting at the round table. are these the type of people who expect a tip at the end of their “service”? yikes.
