Both bathrooms were disgusting and had no toilet paper or paper towels. There were two other people there before us, a lady was telling the only man working that he needed some help...He said no, he didn't...That he had help, but he got tired of looking at him, so he told him to have his mama come get him.
Same guy growls while making our food, has to change out his ear bud.
Wears the same pair of gloves to check everyone out, to grab his ear bud, and to make all your food..
Sign outside said under new management.. I think they need to try again.
Walked in and the girl was sitting on her phone. Didn't seem like she wanted to help or be there. No greeting as I wait so I left as she didn't wash her hands to make my food. Nasty attitude and entitled .. pass on this
I sent my boyfriend over there to get me a 6 inch of one of the new sandwiches and the cashier, Ashley, acted like she was confused. She made me a sandwich with literally two pieces of pepperoni and two handfuls of lettuce like, who the hell is gonna eat that and then I sent him back over there to get me my money back and she says she can make us another sandwich and then proceeds to try and charge me for the sandwich when she messed the first one up in the first Place. Never coming back again.
Employee making sandwich takes for ever and we had to wait 30 mins for serving 3 customers. The only reason I go to subway is the quick healthy option I would have gotten earlier in a dine in restaurant. Very pissed
Came to order the employee was standing outside tellling customers they are out of everything and the person before them backed bread and wouldn’t give it to there dog so not sure what the store manager is doing at this place but not giving his employees the stuff they need to do there job
Consider yourself lucky if the order is correct here. The workers don't make online orders when they come in, so they're rarely ready when you expect them to be complete. Workers are too interested in hitting their vapes. There's a Subway at the 350 exit (KOA Blvd), choose that one instead.
Forget this location. The franchisee should just tap out. Every piece of my order was wrong. It's not hard to read a screen and make a sandwich. I even tipped these jokers 20% prior. The Nashville street location is trash, and deserves to be treated as such. I have already contacted subway corporate, because this isn't the first time my mobile order has been completely wrong. If you want a correct order, then go to the Koa Blvd location. They don't accept most coupons, but atleast they can read a screen.
So first my sandwich had a hair in it, the women was arguing with me, very very rude to me. I will absolutely not be back there! There was multiply people that came back in with something wrong with there sandwich. So I say do not go to the subway in ringgold

As we entered we saw the Toaster wasn’t working, which is not a big deal things happen. There was a man behind the counter talking to female staff in very unprofessional manner attire, He made our sandwich which means he works there, this is simply unacceptable! Won’t be back!

I hate to do this bc the people that work there are so nice, but they just don't do their job. I'm just done wasting money on food that shouldn't be acceptable to serve people. I love Subway, but the ingredients are just never fresh anymore. There's always brown, wilted lettuce, everytime. They've gotten so skimpy on the meat that you almost have to order extra. The olives literally sit in ice chunks in a freezer burned container. It's just gross. Once i saw the slime on the spinach leaves, i was done. I didnt wanna be a j**** so I paid for it, & threw it away. We went home & ate bologna.... again.

I have eaten at this location exactly 3 times. 3 times I was disappointed. I just ordered two subs today and each sub was made on the opposite subs bread. Both subs were hot subs that were anything but hot. One time dining in the employee was more involved in talking with 4 friends that were hanging out instead of listening to my order. Had to repeat myself three times because they weren't listening. The other time I placed an order for pickup through the app. After I got home with the order that had my name was someone else's order completely. Wrong sub, wrong chips, and there were cookies in the bag. I didn't order cookies.
