Changing my review from 3 stars and saying it depends on shift. Bc this is outrageous. This is the 2nd time this has happened where I've bought 4 soft and 4 hard and didn't receive all of them & I'm told I can't prove I didn't eat it. I am literally next door. But that's whatever, I should've counted when I got my bag. It's the freaking quality. DISGUSTING. Shells are so old they're chewy and some wouldn't break without actual force. My lettuce was old and brown in areas. Barely any Cheese. An overload of sour cream on some and barely any on others. I wanted no Tomatoes, I got none but my husband's 3 (should've been 4) soft tacos had a CRAP TON of them like they put what would've been mine on his . The uneven amount of ingredients compared to the Tomatoes on his was insane. He got light lettuce so ofcourse mine was overloaded. The hard Shell tacos were all broken in pieces bc they stick to the damn wrapping even tho it took me less than 2 min to get back to the hotel and open them. Cold and disgusting I ate barely a full taco out of 4 bc they were so nasty.. ridiculous. Third shift needs to get their crap together or quit.
This used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but recently has gone downhill for some reason. My food will either be wrong, or not made well. The Fort Oglethorpe location is a lot better these days.

Out of napkins and totally did not care! Staff just blew off my request. Then I asked if they had paper towels for the bathrooms. It took the guy almost a minute to have an “ah-ha” moment and said, “hey, that’s a good idea”. He failed to apologize or to say thank you. Perhaps you should find another place to dine. If the staff doesn’t care, I don’t care to go back. This occurred on Nov 7 at 2:15pm

Restaurant is filthy dirty. Floors are disgusting, bathrooms are filthy, they don't hand napkins with orders, get orders wrong. I don't even give it 1star
The absolute WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too. Service is horrible. All my food came out wrong. Employees arguing in the kitchen. The manger was talking about how bad he had to pee to everyone in the kitchen. Came out the restroom and then washed his hands in the kitchen , I guess he didn’t do it in the bathroom. The floors were absolutely disgusting. I will never go back there. I got my food and returned it for a refund. So gross in there. 🤮🤮🤮

Came through drive thru and the girl taking to order didn’t seem to know what was going on but was nice. Go my order and it was wrong missing a whole box went back in the correct it and the were mad that they had to make it. Everyone was to busy on there headphones to pay attention to anything else. Not a fan of this Taco Bell at all.

I have been eating here since this place first opened when I was a kid and I have never been more disappointed. First off, having to order my on food on a touch screen irritates me. I’m paying YOU for my food. You can at least have the courtesy of having g customer service enough to take my order. Then the food comes out with little toppings, almost no sour cream and stale shells. My pizza was made with very little beans on one side and a touch of beef on the other. $10 for this meal and it SUCKS. We won’t be back. Taco Bell has lost a regular, life long customer. And no use in complaining. No one man’s the front so other than yelling across the counter, who are you going to complain to?

On this occasion the Ringgold Taco Bell was phenomenal. We received the food hot and correct the presentation of the food was amazing. The staff was attentive and on point. Thank you for a great experience!
