We just stopped in and ordered food to go while on a trip. They didn’t give us the drink nor sauce packets we ordered (via the kiosk), and gave me an incorrect food item. The taco and burrito both had minimal ingredients inside (mostly tortilla), in spite of paying for an extra ingredient. The order on the bag was correct— not the contents. They must not check their orders. I also requested a receipt via text and did not receive it.

Sit down to wait for our food after ordering and waited roughly 10 min for our food and walked up and told the young lady working there we have not got it yet and she printed the ticket in front of me and said sorry I will make it right now, at that point I sit back down after she made 2 orders later I walked back up and asked for the heavy sit lady manger on duty and she said sorry same thing i will make it right now I have a bunch of young kids working for me then I said its ok I understood, at that point the manger walked to the other side of the store I guess drive threw side and that point I said I need the manger once again and got my money back stating to me that it was getting made right that second after almost 15min later I walked out with my money back and will never go back to that store , fort o ga taco are Rockstars compared to the ringgold location

Had to order on a screen. It failed and told me to pay remainder at the cashier…. There was no cashier. Stood there for 20 minutes before anyone even looked up to acknowledge me. I think I’m done with Taco Bell also. This is getting out of hand. Pay tons extra money for poor quality food and customer service. Not gonna be anywhere to eat soon. Recommend going over to one of the legit Mexican restaurants that are just off of boynton right behind Taco Bell.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in about 6 months but I just did, in Ringold, Georgia. The prices are crazy to me. The box with a crunch wrap and 2 tacos is $9+. I know from past experience that you never know what you're going to get on a crunch wrap and not much too many times. They used to have the. crunch wrap with the 5 layer burrito. We went to Cracker Barrel
Here lately the fuss from drive through has been really good. They give plenty of space packets as well

10/10. We came tonight 8/23/25 around 12:13am through the drive thru for an online order. The 3 gentleman we could see were working non stop while it was super busy, and not only provided great customer service, but food. I can honestly say every single thing we ordered was hot, and delicious. Hands down the best taco bell we've tasted. I know y'all were busy but we appreciated your hard work! Keep it up!

Usually the taco bell on alabama HWY has always given me the most issues. But aswell, That being said, That doesn’t mean that said issues have been absolutely god awful! But definitely more than most any and all the others
