The employees were very friendly and nice. We did a mobile carry out and my family and I all ate inside. The food was very hot and everything was correct. Great experience.

Ask for mexican pizza on a lunch break ask for no tomatoes they not only put tomatoes they Put rotton tomatoes on it 1/30/2024 is today just ordered about 20 mins ago and also no fork or spoon to eat this messy food with but anyway not eating it anyhow because of the rotton tomatoes on

Told me I could no longer order cravings boxes except through mobile order. I had to pull off and download the app just to order what I needed to order for my parents. I live near this location. I get all the way to my parent's house near East Ridge and they didn't even have all of her order in the effing bag. So I called. "oh we'll replace that missing food" that doesn't account for my time or gas when I already wasted 10+ minutes downloading the app, activating my account, ordering what they wanted, and then had to wait in the Drive-thru alllll over again. And now I have to go all the way there and all the way back to my parents house??You guys are incompetent. I've worked plenty of retail and fast food. It's not that difficult especially when you're fully staffed, which you had plenty of people in there.

Sad about the veggie burrito going away but still love this location. Never had any issues with service or food. Outstanding.
They push the kiosk so much even when no one is in line. She refused to take my order and make me use the slow, unresponsive machine to order in 5 minutes with what should have taken 30 seconds. I will not return inside this location if my only option for ordering is the terrible quality kiosk. There is no reason the 3 employees standing there trying to help me get the kiosk working correctly did not take my order when they were doing nothing behind the counter. It isn't their fault either. I just fell as if it wasted my time as a customer ordering my own food more than 5X slower when they had nothing to do but stand behind the counter and watch. Terrible for production. No one who came in after me wanted to use the kiosk but was required to do so. I actually watched people leave because they refused to order the food through it. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star was because I enjoy the food. However, the non-existent service had me wonder why there were 8 employees on hand with 2 cooks and 1 in drive-through. Seems like a terrible business model to me. It would be different too if the app worked properly, but that is a whole other 2 star review in itself. Get it together or at least let them people paid to work do their jobs.

I absolutely love the new ordering machines. You can take your time, order for yourself, and make sure everything is correct. You can also browse by category and the customization options aren't overwhelming. The food came out soooo hot I actually had to let my burritos cool. Excellent service. The bathroom was clean to which is surprising considering Taco Bell's traditional reputation for being cheap and nasty. We stopped her for a dinner break during a trip and plan on stopping here again on the way back it was so good.

They where disrespectful people up their tonight I went up their to order food and the lady that was at the window was very rude. And then when I got home I had tried my drink and it was terrible I ask for half lemonad and half sweet tea she gave me half lemonade and half of some soda that she mixed with it. So for one she was straight up rude from the start two she had an attitude. I will not be going back and I advice people not to either.

That was the smallest burrito supreme I have ever received from Taco Bell very disappointed the was and no sour cream WHY!!!???? The burrito wasn’t even as long as my hand SAD !!!!
I was leaving town and decided I was going to run for the border and get some tacos and burritos for the drive to get to a out of town job
