I don’t know how hard it is to remember sour cream and butter goes with all potatoes.. but here I am pregnant and crying because there was no sour cream or butter with my potato… Also, ALL of our fries were half filled and cold. This Wendy’s typically does me good.. I don’t know what happened tonight, but I am throughly disappointed.
Worst experience ever. The management complaining about customers coming in to buy food...

I have rarely gotten wrong orders before from this location, but tonight I ordered from the app for a drive-thru order, and several items were incorrect and one was missing. I was not offered a refund as I was unable to return to the location within 24 hours. Staff was unhelpful during the complaint process.
