Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The speed of service here is ridiculously slow!!! They have a huge tendency to forget your condiments, extra seasoning, or silverware, sometimes even all of it!!! Need better training and better stock of stuff, if that’s even the issue!!!

Nice staff but restaurant was really dirty when we dined in on a Sunday afternoon. There weren’t many people in there but we couldn’t find a table to sit at because they were all dirty. The Coke freestyle machine area had a bunch of insects flying around too.

Wife went and picked up 2 zensation salad and brought them home only to find out that they didn’t have chicken on them. You know what happens when THEY make a mistake! You get in your car, use up more of your fuel, your time only to get “Sorry “ then they go back to hanging out having fun and getting paid.

I've never had a worst experience at a fast food restaurant my entire life if I could give it zero stars, I would. I put in my order and it's very very crowded and I am very hungry and I'm ready to eat. The drive-through line was very backed up so we decided to go inside to place the order. We got our receipt and sat down. Their ice machine had no ice in it so we had to stand in line to get ice and it took forever. Yes, they were busy but come on. there were many bags of food piled up on the back counter and people started coming in that came in after us and they started getting their food before we did and we sat there for like 45 minutes STARVING. Then, finally, I went up there And turns out they never even saw our order. And if they did, they gave it to the wrong person. I also saw this girl crying behind the counter grow up! Then, finally, I got my food and my extra tongue torch sauce wasn't in there so I had to go up there and wait again and that little crying girl was very slow, but she did hand me the tongue torch with a tear running down her cheek.

We love the new zax family boxes !! The fries were crispy when we got home ! And the staff has been wonderful 👏

ONE TO AVOID !
Update, decide to eat in. Well they run out of chicken at 2pm on a Sunday. Waited 30mins for food staff did not communicate anything. Did a curbside order. Drove around the building and couldn't find the parking spots. Parked outside and stated where I was parked. Then sat for 15mins and still no food. They have one tiny sign for bay 1 that's it. Need to get that fixed

My family and I came from Florida and were stopping by as we wanted something simple off the highway. The outside looked nice, but the inside was a mess. Tables were dirty, poor service, and floors had sticky residue on it?? We waited almost an hour for our food, it was the family meal which i understand it could take a while but an hour? The food was cold and the drink machine tasted weird and funky. The cashier did tell me I was able to get refill of ice though which was nice BUT one of the cooks was arguing with the other loudly in the back. The cashiers Betty or makenna were standing in the back on their phones playing around. The manager gave an attitude and did a snarling face with me when I said they forgot my Mr. Beast Box acting as if I was lying. I'm not the type to write reviews but this place needs to do better.

Wanted to go get some Zaxbys cause I haven’t ate it in a couple months and I ordered a 5 finger plate with double fries and no cole slaw. If these people didn’t give me 3 tenders, like 12 fries, and my toast was burnt as hell :( all for 11$!?!?! Yah no thank you. Now I see why I don’t get Zaxbys that often.

Was fresh and hot. My hubby and grandbaby liked it. I didn't find much to be desired with respect to flavor. But that's kind of my bag, so I'd definitely try it for yourself. Bc, like I said, it was fresh and hot, which is more than you can say for a lot of other fast food restaurants. ?

I have never gone to this zaxbys and left with a fork. Completely ruins my experience and I’m tired of it.
