Prior to visiting the hotel/restaurant we called and asked about the corkage fee, and were informed it was $40. Upon receiving the bill we were charged $50. I ordered an 8oz filet, and very specifically requested no seasoning (no: salt, pepper, sauce, etc.). When it was plated it most definitely was loaded with salt. Also the steak was already sliced, I had to request a steak knife and I have my doubts that it was 8 oz. So overall my experience did not meet my expectations.
We had a great meal for two couples with outstanding views. The bone in rib eye was awesome. Nico was terrific and offered great suggestions in addition to being patient with our long meal. We were celebrating and he was the perfect guide through the evening.
We went with the dry aged ribeye. It was a little pricey but easily the best steak I have ever had and that's saying something. Service was terrific and the view is the view. We'll be back.
Best cooked, most tender filet my wife and I can remember ever enjoying. Spectacular views.
One of the best meals I have had outside of a Michelin Star restaurant. Went back a second night. Absolutely the best rack of lamb i have ever had as well as the best ribeye incredibly well prepared. Shout out to the srvice which was impeccable .
Loved my solo dining experience at the Auld Alliance! Excellent and friendly staff. Great drink menu and amazing food!
Ribeye steak not as flavorful as I would have imagined, and a little dry for a ribeye. Particularly for the price. Rest of meal was superb and service was impeccable.
Food was excellent especially the sauce for the steak - best ever! We were inside and it was just a little bit on the noisy side (and not really that many people to cause so much noise - though our room was full). Outside would have been better, but we normally prefer to eat inside.
Food was delicious! Really enjoyed the chicken dish and side carrots. Espresso martinis were a favorite. Restaurant was cold, so bring a sweater.
The food was absolutely amazing, from the lump crab appetizer to the bass and filet mignon to the crème brûlée. Our waiter suggested the best cab I've tasted lately. A great experience!

The service, food, and atmosphere were outstanding. Our server Samantha was great and had lots of good advice about their menu. The only reason for 4 stars overall was that flies in the restaurant were a bit annoying—not a dealbreaker by any means but annoying. They were there because the restaurant has outdoor seating as well and is attached to the resort. But if something could be done to control the flies inside the restaurant the ambience would be even better. I'd recommend the restaurant to others for sure.
Service was excellent, food and wine were overpriced relative to quality and regional fine dining. However the view and service made the difference. Definitely a beautiful and romantic experience.
Not worth the cost nor was it a fine dining experience with service. Sat outside and literally swarmed by flies. Covered our food with napkins. Restaurant had no solution, moved to bar where flies followed. Waiter offered us free dessert after we paid $300 bill for 2 and were leaving. Manager did not try to assist. We were staying at hotel. So much they could have done. We will go back to hotel but never to Auld.
Loud children, overpriced for bar atmosphere and inattentive servers. Pork chop was half fat.
We had sn excellent meal here, with a wonderful view. The food was fresh and delicious, the dessert was the best one I've ever had. Our server Adam was excellent. Highly recommend!
