The food was good but I was charged an extra .50 because the cashier asked if I wanted mixed, and I thought she meant the wings flat or drumsticks, but she never told me it was an extra $.50 and it was not that, it was the sauce. ? I get the same thing all the time I have never been charged an extra 50 Cent. The manager K would not give me the 50 Cent back. He said he rather lose a customer so I just won’t come back here anymore. Imagine how much money they make from that if you don’t pay attention to your bill. Also this is in a black neighborhood and I did not see one black person working there ? not even cooking or cleaning ??♀️?? what is up with that????

I did an online order via Uber Eats which I chose to pick up. Upon arrival I gave my name and received my order which was given to me in a bag that with receipt stapled to it by an older Asian lady. I asked for sauce which she said it was in the bag. I opened the bag and explained to her that I ordered shrimp fried rice w/sweet chile wings. Which was on the receipt by the way. The container was taken a few feet away to one of the cooks which resulted in all 4 workers standing over the open container talking about the order. I then explained that I didn’t want that food and asked for a new order. One of the female cooks took the buffalo wings from the container and proceeded to re-toss those same wings into a bowl with sweet chili sauce and handed it back over the counter to me?. I refused it and asked for my $18.65 back. Was told to call Uber eats, which I did and was told they couldn’t help me. While I’m communicating with Uber eats the lady asked for my receipt saying she’s giving me a return but in actuality she took my receipt and said she’s blocking my number and to never come there again. I asked her how was she angry with me when I was given the wrong order. I told her that she’s VERY RUDE and I’d NEVER want anything else from there. I left with NO food or REFUND, yet. I’ll get it back once my card company reverses the charges.
My sandwich was over saturated with mayonnaise. Too soggy. Friendly people who waited on me, the atmosphere was busy, the lines were manageable
