Mt daughter ordered boneless wings they gave her bone in wings. When she said something about it they said they already made it...although there's clearly a sign that say check your order before u leave no refunds after you leave ..my daughter wanted boneless wings I personally don't go to American deli they fell off years ago. I just hated my daughter couldn't get what she wanted.

I have always liked there food. I havent been to this location in a while so decided to go back there and get some wings. I was extremely dissappointed. I ordered extra wet wings, 5 hot and 5 family gold. My wings were not extra wet. So when I took a look at my food and asked for some more sauce, I was told that that was there version of extra wet and I would have to pay 75 cents for the sauce that should have been put on the wings any way because I had already paid for it. I wont be returning to this location. Seems like everyone is trying to make a penny off of everything.

I ordered a 15 wing combo which was 20 bucks. Tell me why my wings had no sauce on them. I asked for more sauce politely and I was told it would be an extra .75 cents. Manager had an attitude about it and I was like ok
