This was our first time there. The lemon pepper wings were good, but they were a little sweet. The vegetable hibachi rice was delicious!

I used to go here once a week but now it's going to be once a month. The last 2 times I went the simple process of ordering and getting the food was the worst thing ever. Yesterday I called in my order ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. I told them no mushrooms and no peas. I drive 30 mins away and get to the registr and she says DOUBLE mushrooms. I asked them to make the order over again and what do they do? Pick the mushrooms out instead of making the order. Pathetic. I probably won't be going back. I guess I can't complain seeing how the area is anyway.

My sister asked that I try this restaurant. So being who I am I decided to try the shrimp, chicken, and steak, it was very good and seasoned perfectly. U get a lot of food for the money ? which I feel is expensive but not too expensive. I'm more of if I'm paying 16.00 for a meal then that meal needs to look like I paid 17.50. ( just me). But yes, please try American Wings & Hibachi and let me know what you think.

The customer service I just received was very poor. I put in a DoorDash order the completely canceled my order after telling the doordasher that they had already made my order because I didn’t want veggies on my hibachi plate. Mind you it’s now closing time so I can’t reorder my food. I called them 40+ times as soon as I submitted my order to tell them no veggies, but they literally just let the phone ring and didn’t pick up. If I could rate zero stars I would. I’m pregnant and irritated now.

I'm not for sure what happened? But I eat there a lot. And this time y food was horrible.the wings were half done the fries were soggy and my chicken Philly was loaded with garlic. Y food was just plain disgusting. Maybe they changed the Cooks . IDk.. but I will ever eat there again.

Love Hibachi. Sometimes the rice could be a little more fried and there could be more of the meat. Overall food is great, especially with yum-yum sauce.
