The food here is garbage. The fried chicken was salty crust not sticking on the chicken. The macaroni and cheese was very mushy and chalky tasting. The lima beans had no seasoning whatsoever. The tea taste like water with sugar. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time it is so sad that this type of restaurant would serve this garbage and continue to serve this garbage in our neighborhood. The inside of the restaurant looked horrible. I guess that's why I could only go through the drive-through I will never visit this establishment again.

The turkey wings and dressing, mac n cheese, cabbage, and the cornbread straight put a ninja TO SLEEP! Full of flavor in every bite. Took me back to the days of cooking without measuring anything and putting your heart (and foot) into it

Order taken at the door. No entry to the dining room during dinner...Can't see anything involving food at all from the entrance door. Not a welcoming feeling. Food was ok though.

I use to live around the corner yrs ago i use to go every day came in town n had to go. Food isn't the same u can't go in n sit down it's just order n go not sure what happen but the love in the food isn't there nomore OMG heart broken 💔

Run down looks dirty but you can’t go inside. There is a man taking orders from a chair on the curb then you pick up at window. We walked up to eat inside but there is a table at door for ordering you can’t even walk in. Can’t look at food to see what you want and it’s filthy inside. We turned in and man peeing in back of building. Uhm this is HARD PASS!!!

I have eaten at multiple soul food restaurants, but this one is right up there with Elea’s in Covington, Ga and Paschal’s. You might think you are eating your grandmother’s, put your foot in it, homemade with love meal. The food was so well seasoned and delicious I got angry when my roommate threw out my leftovers. I didn’t want to slap my mama but I did want to slap my roommate (just kidding). I will be ordering again and again.

Hi ! So I’ve been wanting to try this place for years and finally ordered me and my spouse a plate. I had the smothered pork chop which was okay , the rice was a little dry , the yams and Mac were good! My spouse got meatloaf and greens and got food poisoning from the meatloaf (reason for the low rating) . I kind of had higher expectations.. BUT THAT PEACH COBBLER OMG ! Best I’ve had in a very long time it is perfect and hands down the reason I personally will be back! Thank you team for making your peach cobbler sooo good!

The service and food quality has gone way done. I order the baked chicken which was dry asking with mac and green beans, both was bland. my hubby got the meatloaf which he did was the worst he ever had and ended up threading it in the trash along with black eye peas and rice. I tasted the meatloaf and gad it was so nasty. I wasted 20 minutes and $20 for food that was not the best.
