Food is most of the times good however this day it was trash . Cornbread Dressing was really stovetop and the meatloaf wasn’t fully cooked

I found out after reaching home a hole was in the bottom of the bag they put my food plates in and the gravy from the food (turkey wings and yams and collard greens ) dropped out of the bag and was all over my car seat and floor mat.plus the other meal with Fried chicken wings were not cooked all way. Im only saying....What happened to the service? Use to be my favorite restaurant. My humble opinion quality control needs some attention. Don't let this good thing slip away.... It's not to late.

Food was okay, i’ve had better. Tbh i didn’t like their customer service. if you choose to go inside, you can’t sit down to eat you have to order your food at the door. I was waiting for almost 20 mins after placing my order and the lady asked me to wait outside when i don’t understand why if i was on the side out of the way. It was too hot inside and hot outside either way. Then after that i was waiting for my food longer than expected,
my food had been ready and they didn’t bother to give it to me it just sat there on the counter until someone came to the front to give someone else their order after i had been waiting for mine smh. They take their time and i understand but some things could be done better. As a first time customer, i will not be returning.

The food is great, but I think there’s room for improvement with the delivery process. Having delivery drivers mixed in with regular customers makes things inconvenient, and a clearer system would help a lot. I also want to note that while I accidentally went to the wrong door, the gentleman I spoke with was very polite, but the woman shouting “ma’am” at me came across as rude and unnecessary. It was a simple mistake—“sorry, wrong door” would’ve been enough. The food is good, but the professionalism and delivery setup could definitely be better.

By far, they have the best soul food forever. I have yet to find another SOUL FOOD restaurant that even come close. The price is reasonable. And you can literally eat twice off the same meal. I rate them 150%

If the food experience wasn't ruined by long drive through wait times and horrible customer service this place might actually be good as far as the food and while the drive-thru line can be wrapped around the building at times it seems that it might be better to just go through the drive-thru than to deal with trying to go inside and stand in a bunched in entrance way COVID has been over with yet without mask they operate in blocking off the dining area only having the entrance way available for you to place orders making things clustered and congested on top of that are the failures at costumer service
