I just ordered using DoorDash. They literally put all type of ice cream available online, but it’s not available i ordered What seems to be full size Oreo cookies sundaes cookie dough sundae and Reesie’s sundae plus a brownie sundae Nothing was available so they had me talk with somebody about substitution and then after confirming, they told me I was good and turned around and canceled my entire order on DoorDash. They was even trying to give me less for what I paid for telling me that I can only get one scoop of ice cream after telling me they didn’t have the advertising on the picture, I could not understand the person on the phone as if he did not speak complete English so he had to put somebody else on the phone thank God he was a bit more helpful, but this was completely unprofessional and if you don’t know how to use the DoorDash app. You honestly should not even be on there because you didn’t have anything prepared that was on that menu. I am extremely disappointed because I do order food often and this was disappointing to know that we were really looking forward to getting our ice cream and the store canceled the order after telling us that we were good. You guys don’t have to worry about my family’s business again wouldn’t dare step a foot in such a unprofessional establishment let alone and try to order again off of DoorDash Because why tell us that you’re gonna substitute our order and then completely cancel. SCAMMERS DOORDASH DOES A HORRIBLE JOB AT REFUNDING ORDERS SO NOW I HAVE TO PRAY THEY GIVE ME MY $30 back

Went to the windows at 9:45 pm and I was turned away to say they were already closed and that they shit down all the registers. Usually my experience is wonderful, but not this time. 0 stars for last night......

Checked the hours before I drove from my house to this location. Hours say they close at 10. Arrived at 9:52 and there was a suspicious man lurking near the drive thru meny. I pulled up to the window to place my order and no one was there. Because I was checking my rearview mirror for the suspicious man, I saw an employee exiting the building to empty trash. By 9:54, that employee returned inside the building. Another employee then came to the window to let me know they were closed. I drove away at 9:55. It's 9:59 now and I'm outside writing this review when I could be enjoying my ice cream. SMH.

I had ordered a custom cake for Father’s Day two weeks ahead of time to surprise my uncle with. Only to be told the day of the cake was to be picked up that my cake was never made due to the cake designer being out of town. Though I understand things can and do happen that’s out of our control, how the situation was handled after really sucked. It took over two to three weeks after I put in a request for a refund before I heard back from anyone regarding my case, and that was only after I called customer care to see what was going on. However once I heard back from the appropriate person all I was offered was a free dozen of donuts or an item of my chose. Mind you the cake was over $40. All I wanted was my money back period. So with this being said I definitely won’t be ordering anymore custom cakes from this establishment instead I’ll just stick to the premade ones they have available at the store.

terrible customer service! my order was picked up by a dasher, was never delivered. Doordash then assigned another dasher to the order and they would not remake my order for my new dasher. IDK what happened to my first dasher but he was obviously unable to deliver my order hence why doordashed assigned a new driver! I tried to tell the staff and they did not want to listen and only told me to cancel my order.

My daughter ordered cotton candy. The lady stated they didn't have any. So she got chocolate. When I got to window I asked are you out or do you not sell it. She stated they don't sell it anymore. Well I tried to educate her by saying perhaps you can say we don't sell that anymore instead of we are out. She appeared very disinterested in the suggestion given. There is a difference in we are out and we don't sell anymore.

Don't waste your time here... stood in a long line to be told they don't do brownies anymore.... cool.... got a regular sundae instead I don't do almonds so I just wanted the ice cream, whipped cream and fudge since there are no brownies on the menu anymore.... THEN...... They apparently had no fudge.... at that point I'm done.... just don't waste your time or money here...

I order Baskin Robbins on door dash faithfully. This is the 3rd time somebody messed up my order and I didn't wanna leave a bad review because when I go in person the staff is friendly. However whoever is making these door dash orders must can't read correctly. How do you order 3 different flavors which is the 3 scoop sundae and only receive 2 scoops of the same exact flavor 3 different times. Now whoever is making these door dash orders either can't read or they're simply just lazy. Oh and forget about the toppings. Toppings all wrong smh. Y'all need to fix this. Then you can't get nobody on the phone. They must have called I'd because I bet they pick up when the boss calls
