9/10 times I come to this location they don't make my order right. It's a cold brew with sweet cold foam. It's pretty straight forward but they never but the cold foam. Today I got the same thing and when I asked for it to be added she had me open up the top of the overfilling cup, spill all over myself then proceeds to tell me to "drink some" so there's room for the cold foam. Like what ?? I'm going back to the one in Fayetteville they never get it wrong.

Jordan served me and did a great job. Everyone seemed to be diligent & pleasant in their tasks and polite. Cold brew -excellent! Everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese-excellent. I'm a tough critic -keep up the great work guys!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Infested with Ants Roaches and Flies. their score shows 100 but they fabricate things in store to pass health inspection. OVER CHARGE YOU, & serve people tarnished food. ie molded bread & food retrieve from dumpsters . this place should be investigated and or shut down

I have become extremely disappointed in this location on 85 Hwy. For the second time, I have been cheated with money incorrectly and maliciously charged to my card. The first time I let it slide, however I considered it just downright disrespectful this time. I have been making purchases from this location for a long time, so this new management is a big disappointment. Using my mobile app, I used the offer of making a purchase and getting a free medium iced coffee. At the window, I was given my coffee and when I asked for the snacking bacon that I ordered with it, I was told that they no longer sell snacking bacon. When I complained that my debit card had been charged, I was told that I should figure out how to get it refunded on the app. I was also informed that a manager was not on the premises when I asked for one. I am truly disappointed in this location and will not recommend this location to anyone at this point.

My daughter ordered cotton candy. The lady stated they didn't have any. So she got chocolate. When I got to window I asked are you out or do you not sell it. She stated they don't sell it anymore. Well I tried to educate her by saying perhaps you can say we don't sell that anymore instead of we are out. She appeared very disinterested in the suggestion given. There is a difference in we are out and we don't sell anymore.

Don't waste your time here... stood in a long line to be told they don't do brownies anymore.... cool.... got a regular sundae instead I don't do almonds so I just wanted the ice cream, whipped cream and fudge since there are no brownies on the menu anymore.... THEN...... They apparently had no fudge.... at that point I'm done.... just don't waste your time or money here...

I order Baskin Robbins on door dash faithfully. This is the 3rd time somebody messed up my order and I didn't wanna leave a bad review because when I go in person the staff is friendly. However whoever is making these door dash orders must can't read correctly. How do you order 3 different flavors which is the 3 scoop sundae and only receive 2 scoops of the same exact flavor 3 different times. Now whoever is making these door dash orders either can't read or they're simply just lazy. Oh and forget about the toppings. Toppings all wrong smh. Y'all need to fix this. Then you can't get nobody on the phone. They must have called I'd because I bet they pick up when the boss calls

This location is disgusting.. ice cream taste flavor less/freezer burnt, the inside was dirty with trash on the floor and containers left open everywhere. Employees are rude. Wouldn't recommend.

One scoop of ice cream is 2.79 to all customers.I was charged 3.56 for one scoopFor cake cone add .50 that’s 4.06Always question it. I was told price up. I checked Baskin-Robbins website as of May 2022 it’s 2.79

Had the longest wait to even be acknowledged. Granted there was a long drive thru. I was really disappointed that they don't do samples at this location. With over 30 flavours of ice cream and even more combos, part of going to BR is being able to create a new flavor pairing.

Usually great, today after ordering coffee inside, 2 drive thru customers were served and 3 inside customers orders were taken before someone finally made coffee, ...maybe just an off day.

I have been purchasing Cappy Blasts at Baskin Robbins for more than 10 years, at all Baskin Robbins throughout the country. The past 2 years I have lived in Fayetteville, GA and the closest BR to me is Riverdale, GA. I have always received great service at this location until recent management changes (within the past 3 months).I have been to this location several times at different times of the day and told that it is too early to make a Cappy Blast, or to come back an hour later or that they did not have enough staff to make The Blast.Blasts are on sale now and ice cream is ALWAYS in the store, however management and staff at this store always have a reason to turn you away.Is this common BR practice now, to turn away customers? Is there a certain time that our money is more acceptable than others?THis is a very busy locaton, obviously more staffing is needed to address the volume of customers. Instead there are long lines in the drive thru and inside the store which results in the refusal to serve a customer.SHAME ON YOU BASKIN-ROBBINS/DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!!!
