I can say the morning shift is somewhat better than the day shift. I ordered 3 wing snacks, and the chicken had a dead smell. A law needs to pass about the way restaurants sell food to customers!

Sorry but this “hot dog” was horrible ! I don’t know why I ordered it but I did just to see if it was going to be ok. The strip was small between all that bred and nothing in it and it was dry as heck! The peach cobbler biscuit was great though! I hope they take that mess of a hot dog off the menu. There was an employee that was touching food without gloves and none of them weren’t wearing hair nets. We asked to speak to the manager and the one we saw was her so it was pointless to even continue the reporting of it. Employees do as they see.

They never have wings ready in the morning, and when I do get my order after waiting 15 mins they taste flour unseasoned wings.... they are lacking big time.. it didn't use to be like this. I'm so disappointed. I tried not to leave a bad review but I've experienced a few bad times recently

This is a all time favorite dish. Biscuit covered in gravy 😋 then add bacon 🥓. It's been a while since I have had this for breakfast. Even though it's sold throughout the day. I honestly enjoyed my meal and it was a pleasure to sit down and just enjoy my meal. The crew here is very courteous and helpful in your opinion there. The atmosphere was very pleasant and I appreciate the clean area as I sat down to enjoy my meal. It's a good place to grab a quick meal and just have a seat to take your time. Enjoying your meal 😋....Earlier today, this morning I went back here just to grab a Butter 🧈 Biscuit and Bo Taters 😋. And yes I enjoyed the service from everyone there. Even though I wanted to get it done and just relax. My meal hit the spot. And I can honestly say that you will enjoy a meal from here.

I spent over $50 today. Only to get home and discover that our family pack was missing our biscuits 😕. Way too much money to be missing something so simple. My family was VERY 😡. Unfortunately, we didn't have a way to go back and get them. Total waste of time!

Dear Bojangles Customer Service,
I am following up on a complaint I submitted via your online form several days ago regarding a serious issue with my recent order. Since then, I have not received any response, phone call, or acknowledgment from your team.
It’s clear this issue is not being taken seriously, and that is extremely disappointing. I reached out through the proper channels expecting professionalism and accountability, but instead I’ve been ignored entirely.
This is my final attempt to resolve the matter directly with Bojangles. If I do not receive a response or refund promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, including filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies.
At drive thru, 5:18pm an automated recording took my order. After leaving dentist I must eat soft foods for 1 hour. I ordered 1 thing, Large Bo Round. It stated it will take 5 mins. Is this ok? I said yes. I pull up and paid. The cashier handed me the 4 pennies and 5 dollar bill at same time. The pennies fell to the ground. No apology. I left it on ground. I was asked to pull up and wait. So I did. After a long wait I backed back to the window. A different young lady apologized and said They must hav forgot about your order. She then put it in a bag & handed to me at 5:29. This time period was super slow so no reason I should hav been forgotten. I was the only car the whole time.

I was sold very old chicken that has been over fried. The guy at the window claimed they didn’t sell jalapeños when I have bought them there several times before. Irritated. I spent all my tips from work on some old chicken and now they closed.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. My food was hot and fresh! I truly enjoyed my experience. I'd like to especially mention the General Manager, Tanesha & the Shift Manager, Chanetta. They went Above & Beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of.
