The staff was so helpful and friendly. My food was hot and fresh! I truly enjoyed my experience. I'd like to especially mention the General Manager, Tanesha & the Shift Manager, Chanetta. They went Above & Beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of.

I pulled to the drive thru at 910p, no answer. Went to the door, it was locked. Went back to the drive thru because we saw another car there. They said only fries & tenders. I asked so we can’t get a biscuit, she said no because the grease is old & she can’t change it. I asked, so the manager knows this? She said I mean you can call & tell her.

I will have to say that the service was good. Had to ask for the hot sauce twice, but they were nice. The food was not so good, chicken wings burnt and fries were old. Now I remember why I hadn't been in a while. The food was not that good the last time I went. They have to do better with what they are serving.

Does not get new Buffalo wings at this location it was nasty stretchy chicken with a microwave texture .

I went through the drive- thru and it was pleasant enough. I got my food in a timely manner. I went home and realized that there was food missing. I then gave them a call and said I could come back and pick it up. I don't live right around the corner so I decided to just not worry about it. Took a sip of my soda and it's not soda but soda water. I took everything back and got my money back. The attitude of the manager Tanisha Michael was not pleasant I was rushed out with zero offers to make it right. Every time I go it's always something or attitude, I won't spend my money there again.

Tried to give me someone elses order, then was charged a different price than what was quoted at the order, said the price had changed..... within 5 mins? I'm pretty sure they are ringing up things incorrectly. Food took 20 mins to come out and it was just a few items.

Service was great but I have to say I am a bit disappointed. Was eating my fries and they were cooked how I asked so of course I was eating them fast. Got to the bottom and boom look what I see. Now I usually don’t even leave reviews often but I feel as though this needs to be shared to raise awareness to the team to practice cleanliness because this should not be the cause.

Instead of walking around patting there hair they should have dropped the 20 PC door dash pick up. I went in drive thru. Nobody answered, I went in and she tells me it's a 25 minute hold on chicken. No one had on a ear piece.

First i went online to check out the menu. Decided on the two piece two sides w biscuit that was false advertisement you only get one side. The chicken thigh was smaller than the biscuit and hard and dry as if it had been sitting under the heating lamp for days. The one time I break down and try them and this is what i get. Another trash restaurant reminding me why I cook at home, sad thing is im literally a block from all the major stores and eateries.

Unfortunately I’ve been to this location 3 times & all 3 were a disaster. Today was my last time giving it a try. My first time I came here was about nine months ago and before I could even finish my food I was sick and had to run home. I gave it a few months and I tried one more time because they were open and I was in the area. I ordered Supremes, but they gave me regular tenders (& don’t tell me) which I don’t like but they were also cold as well as the fried. Today my biscuit my fries and my Supremes are all burnt and I sat at the window for about 10 minutes before anybody even took my payment or acknowledged that I was sitting there. They were inside just having conversation and somebody said did she pay for her food and then someone came to the window and took my card , I’m not sure why this particular one has so many issues but I have to drive one further away from me to get good food and good service.
