Unfortunately I’ve been to this location 3 times & all 3 were a disaster. Today was my last time giving it a try. My first time I came here was about nine months ago and before I could even finish my food I was sick and had to run home. I gave it a few months and I tried one more time because they were open and I was in the area. I ordered Supremes, but they gave me regular tenders (& don’t tell me) which I don’t like but they were also cold as well as the fried. Today my biscuit my fries and my Supremes are all burnt and I sat at the window for about 10 minutes before anybody even took my payment or acknowledged that I was sitting there. They were inside just having conversation and somebody said did she pay for her food and then someone came to the window and took my card , I’m not sure why this particular one has so many issues but I have to drive one further away from me to get good food and good service.

The last couple of times I came there at 8:15. They always say they're out of macaron and cheese and that's my favorite thing the macaroni and cheese and I can never get it.

It was me and my husband's 1st time trying this company out. The guy with the tattoo on his neck that worked both the line and register today 2/18/2024 am, was not flustered nor timid that both the line inside and drive through was wrapped. Instead he greet each and every one with a warm welcoming tone, continued to thanked each person for their buisness and apologized for the wait each time he spoke to a new person. WOW! AMAZING MAN. You are appreciated sir. It takes allot to not rub off morning qorks to others, and your dedication to giving off good energy was very much seen and felt.We will be back.

I went through the drive-thru, but the wait wasn't bad. The customer service was great and the food was good. My only gripe is they had run out of icing for the boberry biscuit ?. It was still good though ?. Will probably go again someday soon.

I LOVE BO JANGLES DIRTY RICE BUT THEY NEED SOMEBODY THAT ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO COOK CAUSE EVERYTIME I ORDER MY RICE ITS OVERCOOKED LIKE IM EATING MASHED POTATOES ??‍♀️ SMH NOBODY WANTS TO EAT OVERCOOKED RICE

- fast food biscuit, hands down- small portions on the side- decent rice- mushy mashed potatoes - I liked chicken tenders over actual chicken- good sauces- long ass lines- the fried chicken doesn't taste as fatty as popeyes

I want to thank Craig at the Hwy 85 location in Riverdale GA for his exceptional customer service. He defused a situation with a customer with a file disposition. The customer left satisfied after talking with Craig. Two thumbs up for this kind and patient customer service associate. Job well done!

I came in to dine in around 5pm I order biscuits also some bo-berry biscuits. My biscuits were old and solid as a rock. They were burnt. I have my pictures for my proof. I’m so disappointed.

THIS IS the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant Craig has the best attitude and he is very respectful and nice to everyone in the restaurant, he even took the time to make sure we were good at the table and asked if anything was wrong and it was all around AMAZING SERVICE from Craig. I purchased a steak biscuit and more items and found hair in my food. I took it back and asked for a refund and the Manager tells me they can’t give refunds but can only make a fresh meal for me. Also keep in mind that no one is wearing a hair net. Let’s see what corporate says.
