When I tell you this little hidden gem is a place to visit. I saw this location on Tik Tok and decided to give them a try seeing that they’re black owned. And when I say this place owe me nothing. The food was well season and hot my baked chicken just fell off the bone. The portion serving is worth the money. The atmosphere was relaxing and they were playing our old school music that was a plus ❤️ I felt right at home. When I say the service was professional and they were very very friendly. The restaurant is very clean which to me was another plus. My husband and I have now marked this place as one of our favorite spot we do plan to visit again and share them with our friends and family. I wish I could more than 5 stars. Trust when I say you will not be disappointed.

I come alot. I love the food here so much that I don't even leave the parking lot without finishing my plate. Supposed to go home and eat comfortably but I call myself taking a bite in the parking lot the keep eating. I usually get the same thing tho. Smothered chicken plate. Today they burnt my Mac and cheese but it was still good. Cornbread nothing to brag about. Collards and dressing was decent and the chicken was a little overcooked but seasoned good. Red velvet cake was ok. A little pricey but they give big portions sizes. Not stingy. Overall decent place tho. I be forgettin to leave a review because I be stuffing my face.

First time going on Sunday 11/12 and the food was soooo good. Brought me back to the country. My cousin had the baked spaghetti with collards and yams and I had the bbq chicken (dark) with mac, collards and yams. Everything was hot and seasoned toPerfection. Best kept secret on the southside!
I ordered ribs, green beans, corn and Mac and cheese. The green beans and corn tasted like the just poured out ot can. Food was flavorless. I wasted my money. I will never go back.

OMG!!! Some of the worst food I’ve eaten. Collard greens are canned, the pasta was sooooo overcooked in the Macaroni yuck and the Turkey wing was a lil decent. My first & last time going there.
