Guy at drive thru told me to pull around and they will bring it out. I parked in front and seen the girl come out and go back in without asking anyone about an order. 30 mins later went in at she said my food had been ready. Bad communication and order was still wrong.

Tuesday 2:30pm 7/22/2025 drive thru gave me cold food for two kids meal and a double burger and fries. I kindly asked was everything fresh they lied and said yes and everything was hard and cold. The young black girl was extremely rude and u professional as she did not apologize and was mannerless. I asked for a full refund and she screamed I need the apple juice back! She rudely continued to talk about me to her coworkers as the manager stood there and did nothing.. I asked how long till I see the refund and she screams “ion know!!! So I said ask the manager and she hangs out the window rudely as if she was going to attack me. The management said nothing and all of this because you gave me cold food.. Her attitude shows she’s from a low income home and will never amount to anything and that sad for her.. it’s a shame

Customer service is always an issue at this location. Today, it was average at best. And the fact that the store was out of a major product i give them two stars. Today, they were out of soft drinks. This reminded me that this store is always out of something. And the staff is always totally insensitive. I asked the cashier why they were out and when she thought they would have them? I was prepared to pull over and wait. However, she told me she that she didn't know when we would have anything as they dont tell her nothing. And she made no effort to involve a supervisor or manager. It will be a long time before I visit again.
