Very unprofessional place very poor service don’t know how pleased customer they ordered I show them a receipt and honest fix what order on there website and manager wasn’t going fix the issue she very unprofessional by closing windows in my face
Here lately when me and my wife decided to go to Burger King, Our experience has been unacceptable!!! At 9:45 we pulled up to the window. There response was we are closed due to drawer change!!!!! 😕😕. Really who does drawer change at 10:00. So we got no!!!! Service!!!!! Ok we decided to give them try#2 Ok now me and wifey pulls up in the drive thru to order!!!!!! Well this time we get they are only doing Pick up orders from door dash only!!!!! Really who does that on a Saturday night!!!! No service for drive ups at the drive thru!!!!! So we leave Hwy 85 B.K. and drives to Tara Blvd, Just to satisfy our tastes buds, Plus to see how the service is going at this particular Burger King!!! My experience was wondering on Tara next to Long John Sliver.👍💯💯. Personally I think Burger King at 6910 Hwy 85 needs New Managers and a Stronger Night Shift!!!!!..

Corporate should visit this store and change it around. Very slow service not worth stopping at this location. You will waste your time for sure
2025 and folks download apps to get the savings but Burger King app for this location app has been down for a week amd.went in to see if I can still get the deal even though the app was down and they was like No! Now there is one in Forest Park but wasn't driving there. Them guys got to do better .

Just left went inside asked for my sandwich to be dropped fresh they lied waited a minute and used the one that was already made I don’t appreciate this at all the reason I went inside was to get it freshly made the young man at the front counter was on the phone with his mother while taking my order the young lady in the window was doing fine but I wanted my food fresh
