They never open inside the store at breakfast time. Everybody has to go thru the drive thru , which is not convenient at all . So I never can eat bk breakfast before work. Drive thru line be super long and the workers are slow. This got to change. They open the store door late as hell.

Why is the dining room closed at 6pm on a Friday ?? Then the workers look at you as you’re at the door wondering why it’s open ! Do better because I know headquarters have no idea about this !

Should be reclassified as wait for your food. Took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Even as I write this review, I'm waiting for my food. They have at least 6 people working in the back. It has been 20 minutes so far and still standing here. Get it together bk.

I ordered a #1 with cheese only light mayo light ketchup and heavy onions I get all the way home my burger has lettuce tomato on it no onions at all I have called this location ten times and nobody is picking up the phone I don’t live around the corner I stay 15 minutes away I need to speak with a manager.

How is it that you can wait in a long line order your food then have several people come in after and leave before you. A ticket that says 16 but yet they are on 21. Management sucks here. She has no direction or guidance what so ever.

This is so wrong I ordered a double whopper and what I got was in the picture. The food is old it looks like I ordered the sandwich 2 hrs ago, They don't care how they do people's food how hard is it I feel like they gave me someone's order because there's no way my food should look like

I have noticed a bunch of the fast food restaurants don’t really have lines anymore. I UNDERSTAND why… In addition to OVERPRICED food now this establishment is now charging you for condiments. We are all struggling but for a person to buy a meal but you have to buy a SPECIFIC meal to get condiments is crazy. You HAVE to buy Chicken Fingers or Nuggets in order to receive BBQ sauce. Even IF I buy a meal and use the BBQ Sauce for my FRIES they now make you pay $.30 for Sauce. Nor do they VOLUNTARILY put Ketchup in the bag. They just give you your food and try to send you on your way. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard… I see why Chic Fil A is MOST ppl’s choice. I won’t be supporting this location any further.
