The WORST. the order taker tonight 12/20 around 5:45/6pm had the worst customer service I had ever seen. She “forgot” to tell us they were out of popcorn shrimp then had the nerve to have an attitude because OUR order was wrong. She was too busy texting at the window, then made a comment about “not having time to deal with these customers today” and I lost it cause I spent my money for a service that I did not get. DO BETTER. If you don’t want to be there and work.. GO HOME…. Shout out to the cashier who took care of us to make up for the lack poor customer service we got from the light skinned older looking lady with no personality.

This location catfish was spoiled and smelled bad, I called and advise manager that the fish spoiled and brought my meal back and the manager throw it out and made the meal over for me, before I get home I was eating the fried and then bite in to catfish and it was spoiled as well, so disappointed and I will never visit this location again and this was a waste of money and time. The cashier was nice.

Well I wasn't expecting this because actually I was going to call Captain D's but I'm glad I got this opportunity Please inform your employees who are running the register What type of fish y'all sell how do you a cashier not know the type of fish they sell number two the tables were awful We had to wipe our own tables and I wasn't going to ask her because I was going to get a order to go and let you know the food is very good but the customer service need the equate the same thing and I only gave the service at atmosphere the stars that I gave it was because the table wasn't clean and she didn't know what she selling Captain D's you need to do better Just don't have people selling fish cuz they can sell fish You can get anyone to sell fish but they need to know what they're selling and what's on your menu and bring back those stuff crabs please You a seafood place you can afford to have crab always available You just don't have to buy so many If you got clams you should have crab Have a good one

Unfortunately this location has an evening manager that clearly doesn't understand customer service and how to maintain customers. They forgot one meal and had the wrong soup on my order. This mistake left one of my grandchildren with nothing to eat. Of course we pilled together and split up the meals so she didn't go hungry. After a long day working the last thing I needed to do was go back to the store for a refund. This manager clearly doesn't know anything about management or customer retention strategies. It wasn't about the cost of the item it is totally about the service. The company could benefit by providing management training for this store manager. Other reviews mention the issues with the service at Riverdale GA location on GA Hwy 85. Trust me, they have lost a customer for life.

Captain D's food is not as good to me like it used to be. My giant fish sandwich was ordered with cheese, no cheese was on the sandwich but the coik did drown it in tartar sauce. Yuk, I end up feeding it to Maddie my son dog.

Fast quick friendly service. The cashier was great. The cook was fantastic, everything was great until I put that Bad Malt Vinegar on my food and had to throw it all away, well I did eat the beans, shrimp & coleslaw. I feel like I wasted half of my $22 on the ultimate seafood platter with 2 pieces of extra fish which turned out to be chicken

7/16/25 8:25pm All the food was cold and we ordered a white fish dinner they did not put the rice in there. Nor did they tell us they didn't have any call up there they say is not no substitution and they not giving the money back and on top of all that all the hush peppies looked like somebody bit into them and I got pictures and I will be calling up there monday to talk to the manager 7/11/25
