Although the wings were good, I ordered the Scorpion Sting. As I sit down waiting for some type of wings to burn my mouth away, but no, I got my food ate the wings with absolutely no reaction.

I would just like for the Scorpion Sting wings to be living up to its name.

Juan G. Is one of the best employees! He always gets my order correct, extremely friendly and deals with difficult customers like a pro! Whenever I shop at Walmart I always make it a point to grab something to go because his customers service is the best!

If you order from here, OPEN YOUR FOOD RIGHT AT THE COUNTER AND MAKE SURE IT’S RIGHT. I don’t care if you have a simple order or if you’re the only person in line. They are quick to mess up your order meanwhile reading your order back to you correctly. At my family restaurant, we’d take it upon ourselves to compensate folks for their wasted time and gas in an effort to make it right. I absolutely did not expect them to, and of course they didn’t. All the hassle is not worth the expensive sandwich in the first place. So do yourself a favor and HOLD UP THE LINE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER, all the way down to the toppings!

Manager very rude snatched my food out of the bag when they made the sandwiches wrong. Tried to give me back cold fries and ignored me when I tried to talk to him. I got a refund…..

The cashier "Jaryan" (I believe his name was) was amazing! They were about to close and we're very busy, but he kept his cool. The lady in line behind me was complaining that he was taking my order too slow and was VERY rude, disrespectful and irrational towards Jaryan and he continued to be courteous and professional through her whole onslaught of insults and demands. It was 8:58pm, 2 minutes before they closed and honestly, had it been me behind that counter id have lost my job that day! That lady was talking about she's calling corporate - bc she was impatient! Hire more employees like Jaryan!

Amazing cheese stake !
Really liked their food but drinks were too sweet . If you are Muslim and looking for halal food this restaurant is not for you coz they cook bacon ? and beef ? chicken ? at the same pot .

I recently visited Charley's Cheesesteaks and ordered the original cheesesteak combo with a strawberry lemonade. The experience was fairly decent, though there were a few areas that could be improved.

The cheesesteak itself was just okay. It was definitely cheesy, which is a positive, but I found the overall taste to be a bit too salty for my liking. The balance of flavors could use some tweaking to enhance the overall experience. As for the fries, they were alright but could have been fried a little harder to achieve that perfect crispiness. They were slightly undercooked, which detracted from the overall satisfaction of the meal.

The strawberry lemonade, on the other hand, was refreshing and complemented the meal well. It was a nice addition that added a bit of brightness to the otherwise average meal.

Despite the minor issues with the cheesesteak and fries, my experience was not bad. The meal was filling and the service was good. I'm interested in exploring the other items on their menu that I haven't tried yet, as there might be some hidden gems. Overall, it was an okay visit and I plan to return to see what else Charley's Cheesesteaks has to offer.

Had a great experience my first time here. Manager was very professional, polite and accommodating. Staff was very kind, welcoming and handing out samples.
Hopefully you can have as great as an experience.
