I wish to give zero stars. The tall African American older women with light brown eyes customer service skills are atrocious. I witnessed her yelling at the cook for trying to help. She gave me order 30 minutes later. She held back some of my food. I had to knock on the glass for her to give me the rest of my order. I'm not sure why I returned. I will not make a 3rd trip. She only washed her hands when someone was looking. She was very sweet to the man that was in front of me. Terrible!

This is the only checkers I've been to where my order is always wrong in some way. I will not be coming to this establishment again. I ordered the bbq brisket Buford and it was rung up as a bbq bacon Buford. Before I received my meal I asked the cashier to confirm my order was rung up as a bbq brisket Buford and she confirmed it was, when I received my food it was a bbq bacon Buford and she told me that the were no longer serving bbq brisket bufords despite the fact there was the sign out front right next to the window claiming that it was still available for order. The bbq bacon Buford has tomato on it and had I known that I wasn't going to get a bbq brisket one like I wanted I would have ordered something completely different. The bbq bacon Buford wasn't even that good, order the baconzilla.

Today August 7. I Went To Checkers On HWY 85 . I Spent My Last 5 Dollars. When I Tell You , That Was That That “Unbeatable Deal” Made My Day. EVERYTHING WAS HOT & FRESH. From The Burger & Fries & Apple Pie. Shout Out To The Beautiful Lady Running The Window ( Think She Was The Manager By Her Clothing) Everytime I Come She Has The Line Moving. Checkers On 85 Can Always Get My Money. Keep Up The Good Work!
Good service and they very quick too. I go in the afternoon. The drive thru line moves swiftly. Lady in purple shirt is beautiful too just gorgeous

Late Night workers always leaving food out I'm always missing something from the late night shift I'ma get my REFUND Everytime tighten up. Always missing something how you forget a whole burger. We have a whole person missing their FOOD I'm tired of this place.

THIS Checkers location is the BEST CHECKERS I have ever been too!!! I've been to many up and down the East Coast. Always polite, our food is hot and fresh, and they always get the order right, and the staff goes above and beyond for service!! It's refreshing because the Checkers where I live (Fayetteville GA) shut down due to years of horrible service. I have been to the Riverdale location a few times now and it's never let me down. Always consistent!! I will gladly drive an extra 15 min out of my way to come here. Keep up the great work!!!!
