Second time in a row they gave me the wrong order smh chic fil a going down

I have never had a problem with this Chick-Fil-A or any Chick-Fil-A ever. I had a mobile order and was told to go to the third line, which I did. I sat and waited for the person outside with the vest to come up and acknowledge me, but he didn’t. After sitting there for five minutes the girl at the window told the light-skinned guy with light colored hair to go check on the third lane. I told him my name and when he brought me my food I let him know that none of the sauces were in my bag, so he asked for the receipt then told the girl at the window “she said none of her sauces in the bag it’s not that serious, she acting like she wanna fight”. Then when he gave me sauces, even after hearing what he said which wasn’t true I said thank you and he said “mhm” and walked off. I don’t know if he was mad because he didn’t get to go on break or if he was just feeling a little sassy 💅🏾 at the moment, but the service I received today was not welcoming at all. Maybe you should vet who you hire more thoroughly.

Friendly customer service, quick & efficient in preparation of orders

I ordered 1 spicy 1 classic for my kids but all came in spicy, I have to wait 15 minutes to get another one

I visit this Chick fila alot, due to working just one street over and the food is always fresh, but the service is sometimes questionable. Check your bank statements folks! This is the second time they have overcharged me! I purchased one meal and somehow I have paid a little over $20 for said meal! Absolutely NOT! The last time, their payment pads had some sort of clitch occur and I ended up paying for both my meal and the person in the other lane. WTH! Please check your receipts and bank statements, because things have been really shady at this location and now I have to contact my bank to dispute one of the charges.

Yummy! Finally got to try out this chick fil a. Everything was really good, like so much love was poured into it, almost like a sweet grandmother prepared it in the back lol 🫶🏽

This is unexpectedly a great omelet. The passion fruit lemonade is tops too.
They offer self serve and full serve seating. Our server was awesomeness. This is not the normal menu and not the normal looking store.
