Went last night and they ran out of chicken. It was half left (a corner) so I asked just give me the rest and give me sofritas to make up the difference. The man said that will be double meat!!!! How is that possible when you’re giving me half of the rest of the honey chicken? It’s not even the usual portion. The meat portion was laughable! They literally gave me another bowl for the meat, such a waste of time and materials. And the meat was about the palm of my hand. I would say they gave me 1/4 cup of meat for a rice bowl! They lucky I did not take a pic!

Ok so I usually like Chipotle but I think I'm done eating here. First let me start off by saying I ordered the bowl and I ordered barbacoa for the meat and only got one scoop. AlsoI don't understand how I ask for a side of queso and I get no chips, I thought the chips went with the Caso what's the point of adding a side of queso if I get no chips. For the money I paid for it it's not worth it. They lack on food and don't make up for it in the atmosphere or the attitude that they give you. I asked them does the chips not come with it And the girl at the register said no. That's ridiculous to me that I'm paying $2 And change for some Caso and don't even get chips on the side. Sorry for the long rant I'm just Confused about all of this.

Came in not too long ago, The white lady who was taking my order decided to literally give me four small pieces of chicken… When asked why she proceeded to say “that’s actually more than we we usually give out”. If that statement is true, I would never recommend anyone to this location. I simply walked out and went to a better location. Every Chipotle i’ve been too has gave me decent serving portions except this one that was so disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Every single time I go to this location, something is not ready wether it be the rice is empty, no chicken and we are told to wait while they make more. Is there a manager because this should not be happening. Teach employees to be organized and proactive. After the long wait for them to make another batch of rice and chicken, the rice was mushy, the food was not seasoned. How hard is it to follow a recipe that the company has. Unacceptable!

Good food ,sometimes have to wait for certain due to running out, corn is sometimes mixed with the guacamole and customer service is decent.
Sometimes I have a lapse in meal prep and want something healthy to eat. Of course since it is Chipotle the quality of the food is going to be consistent. I ordered online and picked it up in Chipotlane. Service was prompt.

Not sure about everyone else but I got a fantastic bowl from here. Everything was fresh, the meat was flavorful and lots of toppings. And the people were friendly. If I am in the area, I will go back to this Chipotle. Better than that one on Cobb Parkway which has like 1 star and is trash.

A whole meal in a 🌯 wrap. They gave you so much of the ingredients. I have a chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. OMG, this is so good. I have my fork to pick up the falling food. (Smile). By the way it was Doordashed to me.
