I came in for the Buy One, Get One deal and ordered 3 bowls, which should have given me 3 free. Instead, my receipt shows I was charged for 4 bowls (plus the guacamole I did purchase). When I asked the manager to fix the overcharge, she was rude, dismissive, and refused to re-check the order. The receipt clearly shows an extra bowl was charged, but she kept insisting the promotion was applied correctly without actually addressing the mistake. Very unprofessional experience, especially from a manager.

This location is pretty sad. I’m not for anyone losing their job, but why every time I come I have the same issue. Partially it’s my fault cause I continue to come. Get rid of the manager fr.
THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING READY. If you sell a lot of steak in a day, why not keep in flowing like the other locations?!

We came 20 minutes before closing. Which by the way I know isn’t ideal but wasn’t our first choice either we got stranded on a long layover and wanted to find some food and they were out of almost everything and seemed zero interested in serving us.

Went last night and they ran out of chicken. It was half left (a corner) so I asked just give me the rest and give me sofritas to make up the difference. The man said that will be double meat!!!! How is that possible when you’re giving me half of the rest of the honey chicken? It’s not even the usual portion. The meat portion was laughable! They literally gave me another bowl for the meat, such a waste of time and materials. And the meat was about the palm of my hand. I would say they gave me 1/4 cup of meat for a rice bowl! They lucky I did not take a pic!

Ok so I usually like Chipotle but I think I'm done eating here. First let me start off by saying I ordered the bowl and I ordered barbacoa for the meat and only got one scoop. AlsoI don't understand how I ask for a side of queso and I get no chips, I thought the chips went with the Caso what's the point of adding a side of queso if I get no chips. For the money I paid for it it's not worth it. They lack on food and don't make up for it in the atmosphere or the attitude that they give you. I asked them does the chips not come with it And the girl at the register said no. That's ridiculous to me that I'm paying $2 And change for some Caso and don't even get chips on the side. Sorry for the long rant I'm just Confused about all of this.
