The rice was hard and undercooked two separate times i came here....then i wish i wouldve taken a picture of the lack of protein in this bowl because it was near closing and seemed like she wanted to stretch what was left it was so unfair and it was sad come on chipotle yall gotta do better than this smh!!!

I door-dashed this order surprisingly. Normally I wouldn’t but no regrets honestly. Not too big on Chipotle but this day I had a taste for it. I ordered a bowl with half chicken, half steak, brown rice, Fajitas, cheese, Lettuce and Queso Blanco ! ! Very tasty 😋 & enough for sure !

I went her Sunday evening and purchased a burrito bowl. They were out of queso. I decided to buy the bowl anyway because there appeared to be fresh cilantro lime rice piled high. Well, the fresh cilantro lime rice was half cooked and very difficult to chew. I stopped going here a while back due to customer service issues or a lack of, but I decided to give them another chance….Sigh. The server also used her gloved hands to wipe food from the counter and then proceeded to use those same gloves to fix my food. It’s difficult to give high marks in other areas when you paid $20 for something you can’t eat. I hope management uses these reviews as teaching tools.
Great customer service. I don’t remember the last time I was greeted and asked how I was doing at any chipotle location until today. The line was fast, efficient, energetic and courteous.
I came during lunch on a Friday and was very pleased.
