For someone to pay almost $20 for a burrito bowl and their food is burnt is unacceptable! And then offer me a buy get one free is crazy! Why would I want to buy something else if the first one wasn't right.. I should've been offered my money back instead!

I’m appalled at what chipotle has turned into. They were out of black beans and sour cream at around 6:30pm. I ordered just a side of rice for my daughter and was told I had to pay for a veggie bowl for just white rice. They were also out of chips. I paid over $8.00 for just a side of rice. And the rice didn’t even taste like the typical chipotle white rice. There was barely any cilantro in it and there was no lime flavor. I know that inflation is a real thing, but I’m just shocked at what I was charged for white rice and I’m even more shocked that I paid for it.

My burrito is normally always on point, but today the rice was hard,which made it difficult to enjoy my burrito, please do a taste test or something. If I didn't use uber eats I would have returned it.

The counter was a disaster, food everywhere and not an effort at all by the staff to keep it clean, they were more concernedwith their buddies and flirting with the girls. The staff wouldn't give us lettuce on our burritos claiming it's for online orders only? Nonsense. Also to top off the experience, they were out of chips as always, what a surprise. This location should feel blessed to even have a 3 star review. We will definitely not be returning and instead supporting local businesses that serve similar food.

Chipotle is most definitely taking Chick Fila A's #1 best quick serve restaurant for top notch service, quality food and consistently superior atmosphere. Truly not wallet friendly but if you want quality (food, service and atmosphere) you are going to pay for! I have basically always had a great experience with Chipotle, with one exception, but today they have redeemed themselves! Thanks ChipotleVegetarian options: The only vegetarian option is no meat.
