I had to leave a review what I seen today in this restaurant .. I will not be back. At 12:30pm lunch time this restaurant had No Ice and No biscuits.. me unaware. I seen the manager coming in with 4 bags of ice.. don’t get me wrong I respect the hustle. This lady slammed the ices bags on that greasy floor multiple times until the bags bust open and poured the ice inside of the ice bin.. thus was wrong and unacceptable on all level..to do that in front of the customer was insane.be careful eating here and I promise you I ain’t never worked here so no reason to lie

This was by far one of the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I placed my order for a 3 piece mixed. When I got my ticket there was a charge for 10.99. I went back to the counter to ask if the price on the board for 8.49 mixed was correct and to get my cup. After going back and forth with the guy on the register, the lady upfront said there is extra charge for white meat(which is why I ordered mixed). I requested to change my order. This is when I started getting the attitudes. This is when the lady (Shanice) started saying she don't have time for this, we are understaffed, etc... and talking rudely & out loud at the staff about not doing their job right and tired of the customers looking at her and asking questions. After all of the rudeness, poor customer service and disrespect, I kindly asked for my money back. I was told I had to wait until he finished waiting on the other customers (8-10ish). So after being ignored, I got back in line behind the last customer. When I got back to the counter I gave the guy my receipts and he asked for the 32 oz cup. As I was sitting the cup on the counter, he slapped the cup to the floor with a nasty attitude. I turned the receipts around to take a picture to make sure I got the correct refund. He got upset because I turned the receipts to take picture and made me wait again for the refund. So very unprofessional business. When I asked for the manager I was lied to about who the manager was. The customer service is at it's worst. I don't know what is going on at this business But the owner definitely need to get a handle on the operation of this store sooner than later or it will be run out of business by the staff.

The chicken is crispy but that's literally all it has going for it. will never understand how people are rating this over Popeyes but referring specifically to this location, the wait time is horrendous like seriously ridiculous. on top of that they will just close the dining room early whenever they feel like it I guess. oh and the macaroni is atrocious. don't do that to yourself unless you like Kraft. I guess you can be one of those people. aside from that, the food is just fine 🤷🏾♀️

Menu board says 3 piece white is $9.99. I asked for three wings and was told it would be an upcharge, I asked why because wings are White meat! Was informed that the 3pc white combo consist of a breast and two wings. I said you're winning by me want8ng three, breast is larger than a wing so there shouldn't be an upcharge. She said well ma'am do you want the three wings or not! I took it THEN when I added a large fry at the window since had frustrated me and got my $15+ bill that included the $2,99 fries and a $1.00 upgrade for a large coke I didn't ask for. This order was for a I'll cousin who wouldn't eat anything but asked to church's chicken. I seen now why I stick with Popeyes!

The people working here were not Evan interested in my order they just kept bickering the amoung themselves and just handed me the order with an attitude even as I politely said thank you for such a prompt response .Will post this to other people visiting here. I can only imagine what it would be dining in ! ! ! Don't recommend anyone coming here unless they are already used to that!

To be honest I wanted to put zero stars for this place. Today my husband and I went order drive thru. Waited a long time to order when it wasn’t even busy. We order 2 piece combo and 4 piece combo. We didn’t receive our 4 piece combo. It wasn’t a pleasant drive thru. We literally saw a customer asking for napkins and they totally ignore the customer and didn’t even acknowledge her. One of the lady hand over our food with a very rude way after we ask for extra hot sauce and she said she put some in the bag. But why would I ask for extra if I didn’t want extra? Not only customer service was bad, my orders were wrong. I’m very piss. Pay for something more for something less.
