Menu board says 3 piece white is $9.99. I asked for three wings and was told it would be an upcharge, I asked why because wings are White meat! Was informed that the 3pc white combo consist of a breast and two wings. I said you're winning by me want8ng three, breast is larger than a wing so there shouldn't be an upcharge. She said well ma'am do you want the three wings or not! I took it THEN when I added a large fry at the window since had frustrated me and got my $15+ bill that included the $2,99 fries and a $1.00 upgrade for a large coke I didn't ask for. This order was for a I'll cousin who wouldn't eat anything but asked to church's chicken. I seen now why I stick with Popeyes!

The people working here were not Evan interested in my order they just kept bickering the amoung themselves and just handed me the order with an attitude even as I politely said thank you for such a prompt response .Will post this to other people visiting here. I can only imagine what it would be dining in ! ! ! Don't recommend anyone coming here unless they are already used to that!

To be honest I wanted to put zero stars for this place. Today my husband and I went order drive thru. Waited a long time to order when it wasn’t even busy. We order 2 piece combo and 4 piece combo. We didn’t receive our 4 piece combo. It wasn’t a pleasant drive thru. We literally saw a customer asking for napkins and they totally ignore the customer and didn’t even acknowledge her. One of the lady hand over our food with a very rude way after we ask for extra hot sauce and she said she put some in the bag. But why would I ask for extra if I didn’t want extra? Not only customer service was bad, my orders were wrong. I’m very piss. Pay for something more for something less.

HORRIBLE PLACE! I believe the person in the drive thru was drunk or high, she couldn't get my order right for nothing. I went in and the manager wanted to know why did I get out of her drive thru throwing her line off. When I explained about the person not getting my order right, that I had been in line for over 10 minutes repeating my order over and over again the manager got angry with me, took my order, then gave it to the drunk/high drive thru girl, went and whispered something to the cook, that I believe was to tell him to burn my okra to a crisp so it was not edible (didn't realize until I got home). People DO NOT GO HERE! Can I give minus 10 stars?

This location has to be the worst restaurant the food is old and doesn't taste good and the whole place is very dirty and unkempt and when you're going through the drive through you can't hear the person taking the order because the other employees are screaming and cussing in the background.

Completely devastated after ordering an abundance of food and all of my chicken was over fried. I was just passing through Riverdale so it wasn't worth me getting home in Hampton and driving back. My kids literally couldn't eat it. It was dark in color and hard as hell... I gave this location a few chances but after getting home to find out I'm either missing items or purchasing items that are just not cooked right , I think I'll pass on this location moving forward. I'm feeding 5 children and 4 grandchildren and cannot afford to waste that type of money on inedible items. The only reason I gave 3 stars for service is because I was served food that should have been thrown out, so why look at it, know it overcooked and send me home with it????? Overall I do enjoy the staff and environment. Eat at your own risk

I came to order food and the doors are locked at 7:25pm and the hour's on the door says 10pm on a Sunday. If the hours has changed they need to update it on the door. What makes it even worst one person came in on a door they thought they locked. Soon as the man came in they locked it so no one else could come inside. They need to do better! 11/24/24
