I came inside there was an employee standing at the counter baging jalapeños. He never spoke never said anything. Anthoer employee came in and took my order. He was polite and real nice. He got my order wrong by mistake. I wanted a 3pc combo but only got a 2pc. The thing that made me mad was that the first employee had time to talk to his friend about chips and then take another customers order and fix it for her but couldn't find time to get my order or even say I apologize for that. Churchs must not want customers with employees that act like that. I will not go back again.

Horrible customer service . I pulled up to the speaker in drive thru . Lady came to the speaker with an attitude and I didn’t hear what she said . She spoke so fast and the mic cut off . I proceeded to order and she cuts me off immediately “I said hold on” “can you hold on” .. I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear you obviously. I then proceeded to drive off . No one with that attitude will make my food or receive my money . 9/11/25 around 2pm

Store was closed a whole hour early! Manager outside smoking a cigarette saying that the store closed and hour earlier than what’s advertised online. Guy taking taking out trash was rude and very nonchalant. Mind you it was 8 cars in the drive thru by 10:10pm. That’s money just down the drain and money that the company could’ve made. Second shift need to be reprimanded for their actions! If you close at 11, then close at 11! It’s not hard!

My friend stopped at this location around 9 PM for a 2-piece chicken meal, chicken strips, 2 orders of fries, and six biscuits. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The chicken was cold, the fries were stale, and the chicken was dried out. Definitely not up to par!!!! Never again!!! Trash it is!!!!!
