Cook out food is usually good, but the customer service at this location is horrible. It took me 45 minutes to get my food today, and that was from the drive through. Waited 15 minutes to even be able to order my food. And another 30 minutes to get it. After all that they still messed up my order. And food was cold when I got it.

I’m tired of our communities doing poor performance at restaurants that we love and it’s always black/ African Americans who screw things up. I asked for 4 quesadillas and only received 3. This location always has an issue when I come and order something. It’s sad!

Came back around the 10:00pm hour and the damn girl or boy can’t tell what she is in the first drive thru forgot to give me 4 dollars back. I came back to confront her and she act like she ain’t remember me and I just got out her window. She got short term memory lost. The GM had to pull her register and count so happen she didn’t give me my 4 dollars and tried to argue with me about me. Thanks to the Gm she gave it back.

I ordered the cajun chicken sandwich(the best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve had in years), double fries (DISGUSTING!!), and banana milkshake (it was okay.) Definitely not worth $10. Don’t forget that there are 2 lanes in drive thru. But I could barely hear the intercom. Ordered late night. The worker acted as if she had zero customer service training. I included an updated menu photo.

Went last night and the cashier was super rude, impatient and had a mean demeanor working the drive thru. ALSO, I looked inside of my milkshake and to my surprise a disgusting ROACH was inside. I’m starting to feel like this was a set up and a worker placed it inside. I am so disgusted, disappointed and never want to order there AGAIN!!
