I loved this location when they first opened. Over the year I can say the quality has gone down. The food isn’t consistent. But the past few times I’ve been my order has had something wrong with it. Even if I go over my order twice at the box they still get it wrong. The drinks, specifically the coke, most of the time is flat. The shakes were the best when they first opened but now they’re melted by the time you pull out the drive thru. I hate feeling I wasted my money but that’s how it’s been the last few times. I’ll stick to going to the Morrow location.

Hate going to this cook out....Nothing but kids here...and they dont give a damn about you, or the food! Attitudes or on a all time high...had to change the lady taking my order
..i asked for my condiments to be on the side...didnt get that! Instead got a burnt burger...and i belive they rubbed my bun on the bottom, of the grill in retaliation...wht yall think?. Never go here again

Came to this location today and the workers were out on break I’m assuming by the trash can. It’s a light skinned guy in a black shirt standing with a pistol in his waistband. I don’t feel safe coming back here if this is what the workers are doing.

Came to the drivethru only to be told they dont have double burgers, only singles? Unless I have gone to a new planet, you just slap another patty on the burger? I asked for clarity only for the person taking orders to give me massive attitude, telling me they couldn't even do toppings. So the big double tray, which the establishment is known for, just wasn't available to me? Make it make sense.

I get home and my order messed up. No cheese ketchup or mustard just plain burgers, specific said the drinks and receive all fruit punch. She kept telling us to hold on but mess up order.

Not a huge fan of waiting in line for 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to be told all they are selling is Pork and Fries. I feel like that information would have been pertinent upon entering the drive-thru line. 😉

Cookout musta have had their D staff at lunch today Saturday July 19th. Cups were packed with ice to the brim where you couldn't get a straw in the cups, burgers were hard, burned and crunchy like we were chewing captain crunch cereal. And the employees were clowning around laughing and playing instead of trying to run a business or serve food. First time ever having a bad experience here

As someone visiting from NY. cookout is great.
You don't get a good sloppy burger with fries and a serious milkshake like this in NY without paying 30$ or more.

I ordered a double burger and BBQ plate but when I got to the window my order was wrong I advised the cashier That I ordered a barbecue cookout plate and not a barbecue sandwich instead of her. Just taking my food and making the correction. She went in and told them that I ordered the wrong thing instead of saying she made the mistake and when I received my plate everything wasn't corrected. But at this point I'm over it. When you are working customer service make sure you are going to lie to the person. They can't hear you and always repeat the order back. If you didn't hear them the first time, maybe you all need to get your monitor fixed because you can barely hear over it. This is not the first time Cook out has gotten my order wrong
