Went in at 9:30 pm on Friday. The little girl at the counter had a nasty attitude. Didn't check to verify that I was picking up the correct order. Placed the order down and went back on her phone. No customer service skills. I could have easily stolen the food because she didn't verify. Called to let management know. No answer. Awful. Highly not recommended. Shut the whole store down

I love Quincy he is a great customer service worker very compassion and polite keep it up bro I really love it here. Quincy and the manger the nicest one the other one is rude. But Quincy is the main one is polite and Zay is very polite and very respectful and good at helping people and the other female

I forgot to never return here again. There are too many irresponsible minors working here, with no sign of adult supervision. Back when there were adults present and working on all shifts, with the minors, things ran much better. Now, all you see is incompetent minors messing up orders, and not knowing what ingredients go with what item. And the dining area is a mess, and stinks like a clogged toilet. I wish the adults that were once on hand at all times would return to the way rhings used to be. It would make my neighborhood dairy queen my preferred location again. Until that happens, I'll just take the long ride to the Lovejoy location. ?

I always go there to get a chocolate cone with sprinkles on it. They're the only ones I know of that serve soft chocolate. The young lady that usually works the window is so sweet and friendly. She's so pleasant to interact with and the cone is the bomb

I went to the drive thru tonight to get my usual, a medium oreo milkshake. After ordering, I was given the amount and told to drive around. When I got to the window, I was told the amount I needed to pay and I handed the cashier my card. She gave my card back and then handed me a brownie cupfection. I told her I didn’t order that. I told her what I ordered and she asked me if I was sure. I told her yes I’m sure. I told her I don’t even eat the brownie cup. I always go there for the same thing. I didn’t understand why she was acting as if I was lying or didn’t know what I ordered. She turned around and spoke with another employee and she acted as if I was lying. Like I made a mistake. I gave her my card back to give me the refund. Also to pay for the milkshake. She gave me the card along with the milkshake. Something told me to go on my bank app to see if the money was returned and it wasn’t. So I asked her if she did the refund? She told me to hold on and turned to speak with the person she spoke with before, and that person went to get a manager. The manager came over and completed the refund. I couldn’t believe that she tried to pretend as if she gave me the refund, but didn’t. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going here for years. I think they need to be retrained. As for giving me the wrong order, anybody can make a mistake, but don’t try to blame me and basically call me a liar.

Wish I could give less than a star. Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes. They didn’t close for another 3 hours. Went to the drive in window. A girl came quickly from the back break area. I had to memorize what I wanted because there was no screen there. I couldn’t get the blizzard I wanted because they were out of everything.

For some reason, this location does not know how to make blizzards correctly. If you order a blizzard, they take all of the ingredients and blend it into a shake. Happens every time.
