This was an ubereats delivery order. Keep in mind that you placed the paper bags inside of a big plastic bag an then sealed it. Del Taco?.. how tf does my food smell an TASTE like cologne? Who tf does this benefit? It's bad enough that I had to pay a delivery fee AND the inflated costs by ubereats but then, I get my food an everything tastes like cologne? I just lost $35 an change but if I ride over there an smack the cook in the mouth, who's wrong huh?

Manager is anything but management material. Received items with missing ingredients, food was cold, large fries barely half full. Unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend this location unless you enjoy wasting money and time.

I am originally from California, and I just moved here from Las Vegas. This location is definitely not it. I was excited to see a piece of home out here but quickly realized I was wrong to assume my experience would be the same. The meat in my tacos were definitely over seasoned as if they were not Del Taco Tacos? My beans in my green sauce burritos were burnt ? and it is as if they lie about inventory because they never have ingredients. With that order I attempted to order The Del burger, no they did not have ingredients to make that. I took it with a grain of salt but the reason I believe that location is lying about inventory is because I work with Door Dash and Uber Eats and when I have an order EVERY TIME they are unable to complete the customers order due to lack of ingredients. That order I expressed that I ordered for myself was my first and is my last unless contacted of change. I suggest Del Taco look into that location because that location is going to make the company lose money, by these consistent comments of burnt food, old food, lack of food, canceled Door Dash/Uber Eats orders and poor customer service.
