You can order pizza right next door and it will take a hour or better and be ice cold when it gets to you. Delivery drivers literally ride around with your food. If they cared more the place would be better. Employee carelessness is why this is a 1 star place.

Normally, when I come here, the service is really well. I typically have a young black lady but tonight I had a young gentleman with locks That wore glasses and he was the absolute worst to deal with. There was also a white guy and he was of no help. We order extra toppings on our pizza cause we’re vegetarian , but most of the pizza just came with the tomato we had to ask for extra toppings just to get it to look like this. Why do we have to ask what we payed for? I won’t be back anytime soon.

I was tasting wings today, so I got mild wings with a side of Mac and cheese, and a Caesar salad. I combined them all together and it was delight in my mouth. Washed it down with Sprite and I'm falling asleep satisfied. Shout out to the awesome GM Jaz F., who always provides a great customer experience and to the guy who took my order who looks like Kevin Hart, I appreciate you! Riverdale 85 store ALWAYS gets my vote!!!

I didn’t want to give them a star but since I had to jst to write a review. I ordered around 9:30! I called at least 4 times to see where my pizza was. I finally got the manager and at 10:27 and he said 15 ok. I jst got off at 7pm from doing a 12hr shift so I waited as long as i could and I fell asleep bt I woke up and looked at my phone to a picture of my pizza on my porch and it’s stamped 12:47! Are u kidding me a a something had a great time because it was opened and on the ground. I do hv pictures to back up everything I said. I want my money back a a apology

do not order from this place.. placed and online order, waited for the delivery they told me it was delivered, i had my kids birthday party in the front yard of my house, where i can easily see if someone comes around the neighborhood with the pizzas. i saw no one and they 5 minutes from my house, got in the car drove to this place and explained what is going on to them, they said my pizzas where delivered and they will not give me a refund.. i saw my pizzas with my name behind the counter where they keep them before handling to costumers, and i told them those are the pizzas you said where delivered to my home, why are they here and why you put them as delivered ? they never thought i was going to go in person, and i called them before going to the store they told me my pizzas where delivered and nothing they can do. long story short they were trying to steal not just the money but the pizzas too. i was not going to argue with them about stealing my money and pizzas times are really hard so i when to pizza hut and my sons birthday was a success

I don’t know why I continue to order from this particular Domino’s. I guess it’s only because it’s the closest one to me. But I can assure you that this will be my last time ordering from this particular Domino’s, and they honestly need to be put out of business for the customer service and their lack of care when it comes to dealing with other people‘s pizza that “they pay for”. I ask for extra sauce on my pizza each time that I order and for some reason, never get exactly what I ordered. After realizing that the pizza was not to my liking I went in and politely asked the lady if it could be remade she had an attitude with me and threw my pizza in the trash with an even nastier attitude. I then had to sit back and wait an additional 15 minutes for my pizza to get made just for me to get my pizza and see that she was being petty and she put so much sauce on my pizza that I couldn’t even pick it up. If you see this review, please just find another Dominos. This one sucks!!!

Night shift dude sucks….he can NEVER EVER fix thin crust without it being as he called it “ well done”…took back and was told thin crust is a hit or miss….how are you going to sell something that is a hit or miss??

I ordered 8piece chicken wings and a salad to be delivered. Gave specific directions on how to get to my place, my order was delivered to someone else, and they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I want my money placed back onto my card. I will be contacting headquarters about this location.
