I will never order from this location again. We placed a large family order at 5:30 p.m. The app showed it as delivered, but the food never arrived.
After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, the regional manager told us it was on the way, then was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hung up on us. We ordered thin crust half n half 2 topping Right mushroom left philly steak WHAT WE RECEIVED WAS BURNT OVER COOKED NO PHILLY ON LEFT AT ALL AND COLD.
Has been a ongoing problem since our regular location Doninoes bound over the orders to this location.
