Domino's Pizza

The lady that works here will tell you to wait 2 hours if you go inside to pick up your order online or over the phone they say 20 to 30 minutes pick up your order but when you walk in she says we’re to busy come back later she did this 4 times to me and my family you walk in she doesn’t even talk to you but the guys who work here 15 minutes have your pizza

Do I have to even say anything, took super long to make, doors were locked when it finally was ready, someone really cut this pizza and was like yea this is good, the pizzas came really thin, not trying to bash them but this is a little too much.

every time i come to this Domino’s the lady lie and say they having oven problems.. she say this every single day! and locks the door so nobody can come in. 0 stars! horrible.

I ordered a paid extra for a pan pizza just to get hand tossed pizza

Terrible, just terrible service. The app said my order was ready, waited a long time for car side service to bring it out, nobody answered the phone. Went inside to get my order, there was a long line of people trying to pick up their orders. The lady at the counter making pizzas would not acknowledge me, one lady was hiding behind the shelves where several orders were waiting to be picked up, including my large order that was getting cold. I asked the lady cutting the pizzas if I could pick up my order since the app said it was ready, she just stared at me like she didn't understand me and said she was extremely busy. The pizza cutter and the lady hiding behind the orders were busy griping with each other. Finally got the attention of a man who worked there, he got my order for me. I was so ready to leave that hostile place I didn't even notice I was missing a pizza until I got home. Clearly, everyone hates their jobs and the customers. Will never go to the Dominos on Old National Hwy/Hwy 138 corner in Riverdale GA again.

Ordered pizza and never got it , said delivered but Christian never showed up . Called dominos At 11:41 to inform them and no one answered. So not only am I out of money but no pizza for pizza night .. will never order delivery again..

Upon entering iv noticed the Manager was slow or incompetent or something he didn't no how to work any technologies or speak how did these folks get a job when it's a lot of people in need of work I went in for a job interview he didn't even no how to even get into the stores hiring manuals an props long story short I wanted to order a pizza on the go but I wasn't sure if they even new how to make it ?

This is the closest location. I've had problems with delivery & carryout. Now, the order is wrong more than half of the time including my recent trip when I did a carryout. I got 2 identical large pizzas which included pineapple which I love. Why was there only 1 pizza with pineapple, but both Black female employees really tried to tell me there was pineapple? I already had to wait on the Lava cakes that she simply forgot about, and now, I had to wait on a new pizza. It was ridiculous.

Worst of all, I complained through the website but never heard anything back from anyone in the company. Very disappointing. I have to figure out what to do with my rewards points.

Parking: There are a few spots directly in front of the store but plenty more in the huge parking lot.

I ordered and paid for 2 large pizzas with extra cheese and extra pizza sauce. I got two sad, small, dry pizzas. The pizzas had so little cheese that all you could see was the bubbles in the dough. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not visit this location again.
