Very unprofessional, a “manager” is never available and they don’t respond to feedback emails.

I love this Dunkin Donuts and have been a patron for years. They know me by name and always have a smile. I am concerned about reward points. I usually use the Monday 100 “order ahead “ points you get with your order. Today the coupon was on there so I placed the order and once it went through and paid for I see the points weren’t added on to my account and the coupon disappeared from my app. I called the Reward -800 number and told her my story. After holding for a while she doesn’t make any compensation. Sad. Therefore, I’m not going to make an effort to get to Dunkin Donuts everyday to pay $7.00 for a latte if there aren’t any coupons on the site that I can use. The Monday order ahead coupon wasn’t much but it made it better to earn the 900 points needed to earn a latte , so I’m thinking I don’t matter much as a regular every day customer .

Other then the long line's in the a.m I can't find ANYTHING wrong with DD🙂
I frequent this location both in person and via door dash. On door dash there is no option to add whipped cream to an iced latte. Asked driver to request a cup and they said you have to pay. No worries- asked for a dollop on the ice latter and they said you have to pay for that and refused. I spend a lot of money at this location and am usually pleased. This is crazy. I understand food cost- so offer the option on the door dash or spend the dime and put some on a latte when asked. Starbucks does it for free and pupcups.

They do not have chocolate chip cookies. Therefore, that item needs to be taken off the app and menu. Staff is friendly and will help you try to substitute that item.

I usually come here every other day with my daughter, and we usually come inside. Today to go to the drive-through, I ordered my food. I don’t know the workers name but she Is tall and dark skin and she takes the food to the cars as well. I asked her was there napkins, and she proceeded to give me one napkin. I said is this all the napkins she said was the only napkin that they had in the whole store. Which is crazy why you would have one single napkin so I decided to go inside just real quick to see if they had a napkins and they had plenty of napkins. To have a successful job, you should have people that are eager to actually do their job one napkin, of course, is not enough for anyone. Have a worker lie about simple, crazy!
