This is my FAVORITE Dunkin’ location! I frequent this specific location due to the consistency of their drinks and service! I’ve honestly never had a bad experience. The staff have gotten to know me on a personal level and they’ve perfected my coffee order! Keep it up guys!

Today I went to buy an ice cream (Dubai Chocolate) and a thin, white girl with glasses served me and gave me a small pistachio ice cream that looked nothing like what was shown on the screen, not even the topping was the same, and I paid almost $13 for it.

I work 1 minute down the road and order the same drink every time and everytime I order it is wrong. The get rude and mad when they have to remake it and then say (it takes ti much time ) cold foam is extra by the way and then they still fix my drink wrong. Will travel to another location this was my last day! The lady Zariah zara the manager there is never helpful and always rushes. The counter was dirty and wet and I got my sleeves wet while I was waiting. Asked for corporate number they said google it!! Look at picture where is foam ?? Asked for Carmel drizzle on cup no drizzle. Everyday

Had an iced coffee and a doughnut. The iced coffee was mid, but that doughnut was great. The service was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. I am handicapped the counter person was patient and very accommodating. I appreciate the effort.
