I went there to ask questions regarding ordering an ice cream cake. Had to wait a few minutes, they were very busy. Finally helped & all questions were answered. (I could have called, being very busy it might have taken a while, so being in the area [on purpose] it was faster).Edit:Regarding the above: True my questions were answered. So now I was informed [asked how much ahead of time in ordering a ice cream cake, to pick up for a very special order] 48hrs. So 48hrs before I wanted the cake. I ordered it on-line, paid for it. Went to pick the ordered cake up, NO ONE KNEW OR COULD FIND THE CAKE!!!!The employee called her manager, & I was told to get one out of the freeze! (If I wanted one out of the freezer, I could have done that in very beginning!!!) No more, will take me business else where. [Sorry for the rant!!]

Today, was not the best experience. The atmosphere was very dull and unwelcoming as well as there were panhandlers asking for money.
The last few times I've been there has not been goof hashbrown was old not hot not crispy at all. And usually on point. I ordered thr donut holes 10 pack and they throw them in a bag can I get a holder or something not a good

I ordered a matcha latte and when I received the drink and began to drink there was a clump of green powder that got in my throat causing me to cough uncontrollably, I was on my way to an appt do I couldn't callback tried to call and no one answered.

I was in the location on hwy 85 Riverdale GA and the cashier was on her cellphone texting . I stood in line 3-4 minutes before asking if there was a manager on duty before I walked out. I asked her did she think that was rude texting while a customer stood in line and she stated I wasn't on there long. I advised her that I could have been from corporate office and she still didn't get it. I got to this location every Saturday morning @12:30 but I won't be going any longer. I'll be going to a different location.
Went in here to get my usual Prelain and caramel ice cream, mmmm good.
