The food is always good. The bartender is always friendly & nice. The service is always SLOW for whatever reason so don’t go if you’re in a hurry. This place is ALWAYS freezing cold. Cant really get comfortable upon arrival because it’s like you’re battling a winter storm inside so be prepared for that part. Other than that, it’s a decent spot!!

I've been to this location several times in the past and always left with a smile on my face. I went with a couple friends last night and it was horrible. When we first entered it took about 5min for anyone to acknowledge us at the door. I was actually embarrassed cause I recommended us to go to this location. The service was horrible, we were waiting for drinks for over 10min and when we finally complained about it the waiter says well they're ready still sitting a the bar and not on our table, so of course I wasn't paying for watered down drinks. On top of that the drinks were weak as heck. The music was horrible, It was a younger crowd of people mainly so I asked them to switch it up a lil bit but they refused to leave 2005 music behind, I'm guessing that was the year of the dj life. The food was okay, the catfish had a fishy taste and was slightly under cooked.

Yes, we had a big party but everyone trickled in so orders weren't taken all at once. The birthday person ordered early but didn't get his food till we were about to leave. It was baked catfish and a thin filet at that. The flavor was good but not the texture. I ordered jerk chicken egg rolls which where way beyond hot(spice). I gave them away. Some agreed. Some liked them. I tasted some of the wings, which where good. One said the lamb chops where tasty though not cooked the way they ordered. From my section, most everyone liked their food. This was the Riverdale location.

My experience today sotting as bar guest with Robin was 10 outta 10 from the time I sat down. I ordered bottomless Mimosa. The bar was busy and she still made sure she rolled my drink out within 7 mins of sitting. She was very attentive. I love the fact the Chief Trina came out to make sure our food was good and tasteful .. to top off the Manger Angel also came to check on her bar guest to make sure we were satisfied . Today waa great experience along with the other times Ive visited . I highly recommend this spot for good food and hood vibes.. the crowd is very mature!

Fin and Feathers was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the vibe was just right. Our server, Angel and Luchi , was absolutely perfect — attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. The food came out fresh and flavorful, and the drinks were great too. Overall, I really appreciated the service and energy Angel brought to our table. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have to give major recognition to ROBIN she was absolutely amazing! She was basically running the entire bar by herself and still managed to keep everything flowing smoothly. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency were on another level. All the wild, keeping the restaurant flowing from guests coming into the door as a host to being in the bartender and running food as well and making hookah . The food was fresh, the vibes were great, and her customer service was truly top-tier. Robin deserves all the credit and recognition! she’s a true asset to Fin & Feathers! 👏🏽
