This location has gone down hill. I made an online order and arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. I checked in and paid for the order. The employee stated that my order would be ready shortly, so I sat and waited. After about 15 minutes another employee pulls an order off the shelf and calls my name. I was pissed because the order had been placed on the shelf for at least 15 minutes and would be cold. At first I was offered a remake. I thought about it and instead opted to just get a refund. This will be my last time going here!

I have to give a big shoutout to Mrs. Mary at the IHOP on Highway 138 in Riverdale. She is the heart and soul of that place! From the moment you walk in, she greets you with warmth, kindness, and true Southern hospitality. Mrs. Mary is not only professional and attentive, but she also makes every guest feel like family.
You can tell she loves what she does—she’s always smiling, checking in, and making sure everything is just right. It's rare to find someone who brings that level of dedication, grace, and genuine care to their work. She made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back because of her.

I ordered breakfast togo, asked for crispy bacon. Got home and it wasn't crispy, for the second time. If I'm paying $18-$20 for 2 slices of bacon, hash browns, 2 eggs and toast, I should get what I ask for.

I ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado and fries, and it was disgusting. It was the worst chicken sandwich I ever tasted. The bacon was nasty. The crispy wa Disgusting The food was not edible at all. They just need to shut this place down I’m just writing this the warm people don’t eat here. The food is disgusting and it will make you sick because that made me sick.

We come every Saturday morning. It’s a group of men from the church. We always request Monica. A awesome server. It’s kinda hard getting good people when she’s not there but we come in anyway.

Ordered my toddler some food at 11pm on Memorial Day. She wasn’t feeling well and wouldn’t eat all day, but I couldn’t let her go to sleep on an empty belly and she didn’t want anything I made. IHOP was still open for one more hour and she loves breakfast so I ordered her food online for pickup. Got there in the pouring rain at 11:30 and the 2 employees up front greeted me with smiles and handed me her food. I was overwhelmed and exhausted, but the atmosphere they presented as I walked in calmed me. My 3yr old ate everything on her plate (Silver 5) Thank you! A smile and good customer service means more than you know.
