Nice looking place I brought 1 pound of crawfish extra spicy it was super gritty all the seasoning was at bottom of the bag, it was bitter and disgusting. I couldn’t believe they would serve that . First and last time trying.

I went to this location and by far the staff is very unprofessional. When I first came in the hostess said dine in or carry out, I said how are you we are dining in, she said what, I said dining in. Another young girl said to her are you slow she said she was dining in. Not to mention that she sighed when we walked in the door. The waitress was ok and the food was too. You really need to train your young people on how to greet and be professional. I will never come back to this location customer service is everything to me.

I wasted $100+ I had a S4 boil that was supposed to be spicy and a special sauce. The sauce was watery and bland. The lobster tail was cooked to long and stuck on the shell. The calamari was bland and soggy batter,the whitening fish and shrimp was okay, the oysters were okay. The fried rice was bland. The fried wings were not seasoned well. I threw most of my food away, vey the taste just wasn’t tasty. I’m originally from Louisiana and mainly brought up from Houston TX where I’m use to delicious food.

Food was good but waitress ruined it , Waitress came up to me to argue about a $10 tip. she wanted to FORCE me to give more &Only showed up to my table ONE time. She was rude & made my experience TERRIBLE.

Tried the S2 special with the garlic butter seasoning and it was pretty good. The ?, ?, and ? was busting. I wish I could have substituted more those for the sausages! Prices were decent too!!!

Horrible customer service skills. I order from this place on the regular and spend a good amount of money every time. The other day I placed an order with one of my regular menu items, which was the shrimp fried rice. I noticed the rice was extremely hard and had a different smell but didn't make a big deal about it. I sprinkled some water over it and warmed it up but that didn't help, it was still hard and smelly. I placed it back in the fridge and tried one more time but was only worse. I called to speak with a manager, which the guy that answered said was he and that his name was Paul. I explained to him what took place and that I am a regular customer. After trying to dismiss me, he says we're busy on that day so we sell out fast...I was like that doesn't have anything to do with me, I'm just telling you my issue. He then says well maybe they didn't put enough water in so I'll tell them for next time. I say so you're not going to reimburse me in any way, he gets quite and just held the phone. So I said it's fine, you lost a valuable customer. If I'm spending my money in your establishment, have some kind of courtesy.

Decent food for a decent price. They have plenty of fried food options and boil bags. I have only tried their whole wings which is a great size not those tiny wings some places try to pass off and these taste good and are seasoned well. I've also had their tenders and fried shrimp plates which were ok. They have flavored wings available as well but the whole wings are just regular fried and really good.My bf had ordered their boil bags and said it was pretty good. They did over cook the boiled shrimp a few times but I think everything overall was seasoned well. Also they have really good frozen lemonade drinks which I would def recommend picking up.This is a regular no frills order out seafood and chicken spot. Also this location is in the same lot with the Walmart next to the GNC so plenty of parking

This place is so unprofessional everytime we come it is a disaster they don’t know what’s going on the managers don’t run the place the workers do the bartender servers are very sweet & hookah guy is A1 this my last time coming my 3 experience everytime it’s something we come and spend money to they said we was doing to go orders and than said they was closed when a server stepped up and said she will serve us terrible experience would not recommend
