I visited Krispy Kreme on Friday, March 21st. I initially entered the drive-thru line but was told I needed to come inside to place my order. Once inside, I stood in line at the register area for approximately 15 minutes. When I was finally acknowledged, the customer service representative informed me that I was at the wrong counter and needed to wait elsewhere to place an order.
After waiting an additional 8 minutes, I was finally able to communicate my order. During this time, the staff member appeared more focused on expressing discomfort from hot flashes than on providing quality customer service. The interaction felt more centered on the employee's well-being than on the customer's experience.
To make matters worse, while I was still inside, I saw other customers being served in the drive-thru—the very service I had been denied. Overall, the experience was inconvenient and frustrating, with little regard shown for the customer.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARTS I WOULD! They NEVER have any specialty doughnuts! On st, Patrick’s day all they had were original glazed. I placed an online order at 640 drove 1hr and no one could find my order ! When they finally found my order all I got was a “we’re out of everything but we can refund you and here are some original glazed” HORRIBLE PLANNING ON THE MANAGER! STOP ADVERTISING SPECIALTY DOUGHNUTS IF YOU NEVER MAKE THEM !

Today staff was the worst, they close at 11pm and here I am at 830pm with the coldest and the most stall doughnuts I have ordered from here. First off the guy on the intercom said they had no ASSORTED DOUGHNUTS WHATSOEVER just regular glaze doughnuts. Once me and my wife ordered it, they were so stall and could. Trust me I won't be back if I see any of those faces again SERIOUSLY

Worst Krispy Kreme south of Atlanta! The staff has an attitude every single time I go. The kitchen area is always a mess. I grew up in riverdale, went to Riverdale high school, and this is the worst service I’ve ever seen. They never open late (drive through is supposed to be 24hrs, but isn’t.) No matter what time of day you go, they will be out of the most basic flavors of coffee or donuts. If it isn’t a classic plain glazed, you might as well forget about it because they won’t have it. They rush you through your order, and at night they will not answer the speaker. What’s crazy is that you can drive by the windows and see the entire staff either playing around or sitting in the dining area on their phones. You might even get a mean look for even trying to come at night.
