On a whim, I went here early in the morning New Year's Day to buy doughnuts for co-workers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mind you - I walked in at the crack of dawn and they had to pack several dozen hot doughnuts without prior notice. Kudos to the crew.

I recently ordered donuts online the night before Christmas Eve only to arrive at the business and have to wait for my order to be completed. As if this wasn't bad enough they didn't have the donuts that I requested and the incompetent manager didn't even want to replace the donuts that I paid EXTRA for with Christmas donuts! Unbelievable! They just lost a customer. Dunkin donuts may not be as delicious but their goal is to effectively serve their customers and that's good enough for me!

Every time i come here i wait in line forever. And im the only one in line! You would think that they are in there making meals or something. I just want a doughnut. The employees give off an attitude as well. I’ve already experienced the same thing three times in a row going here will never come back again to this location.

Donuts tastes great but I paid online for the Peanuts holiday special dozen to take to party at work and once there, they only had 2 of the entire specialty pack (snoopy which didn't look anything like snoopy and the ornaments) and wanted to give me all 12 of just those 2; I understand that was all left, nothing they can do about that but that's not what I paid for and expected plus still wanted to charge full price when I missing about 3 other designs out of the holiday advertisement. When I asked for a refund because I paid for the what I saw online and thought I would be getting.... she (manager that day) had a nasty attitude about it. I won't buy any specialty box online again - in person only so I know what they have or dont have.

Waited in drive thru line 20-25 minutes , after placing and picking my order up.
The staff was super friendly, and even gave me and another guest a taste before we ordered. The doughnuts were hot, fresh, and tasted just like they did when I was a kid.

Krispy Kreme is Krispy Kreme delicious. They had the hot light on but said they wouldn't hot donuts for another 20 minutes. Really 🤷🏾♀️

I recently purchased doughnuts from the Krispy Kreme on Riverdale Road, and the experience was very disappointing. The original glazed doughnuts were extremely small, misshapen, and overly crispy, almost as if they had been carelessly prepared. The chocolate doughnuts were the correct size but were not fresh, despite the “Hot” sign being on.
Additionally, the customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. For a purchase of $18.99, the overall quality and service were unacceptable. I sincerely hope that the OWNER not management reviews this location’s standards for customer service, customer engagement, and product preparation. It is unfortunate that we have to travel to another city just to receive proper service and quality products.
