This place is the nastiest place I’ve ever been in in Georgia. They got roaches, rats, smart mouth people no drink don’t work. It was a nasty mold in the bottom of the cups burgers was not cooked. They was pink rawl

The manager had an attitude the whole time. My burgers were pink and when I made a complaint about it the manager proceeds to say that they supposed to look like that. How does a patty suppose to be pink? She didn’t even look at them. Now if you’re gonna be in management you have to know how to handle different scenarios and situations without conflict or confrontation. As I’m typing this post a customer asked for some ketchup she caught an attitude and threw 50 packs on the counter. At the same time a lady asked for butter and she rolled her eyes and then slammed them in her hand. This type of behavior shouldn’t be allowed. This location already doesn’t get a lot of business but I can see why now. Very disappointed in the service I received today.

The police was called because I was recording in a public environment for my own protection! No cop came and I was there for a long time! I recorded it for my own protection

Worst night ever! I’m the first one there and they pull me up, than they pull 6 other people, every one got their food but me! Than she said two min , I’m still waiting! I try to get a refund but she wouldn’t let me , she brought my food out cold!!!! And so forgot an item!!!!! I spent 40$!!!!!

I really wanted some Krystals with cheese after leaving work, so I arrived at this location on 85 Riverdale at about 15:30pm Monday 08/25/25. I was the only customer and now I see why. I ordered 3 Cheese Krystals in the drive-thru and after paying i immediately pulled one out to eat on my ride. No Cheese. That's OK because mistakes happen, but I was told to pull up and they would remake them and bring it out to me. Still ok. I added a fry at the window. The young lady brought out the same Krystals with no Cheese and my fries. I went inside and told the manager on duty Ms. Shaquanna and she said that I lied about not having Cheese the first time. I couldn't believe the manager customer service was this bad and ghetto. I told her there was no Cheese then and it's none now. I ask for a refund. The place was empty and the manager was leaning and talking with the two employees when i walked in. The cashier and cook was super nice though. The young man on the grill kept trying to remake my order and apologized but it was too far gone. Manager need retraining. I ended up going to the Fayetteville location where everything was A1.

Ordered two regular Krystal burgers and two Krystal’s with bacon and cheese and after paying was told to drive forward and wait for the food. After about five minutes the cashier brought the order to me and to my surprise they tried to give me some burgers that were obviously old and the bread was hard as toast. I promptly sent them back and after another five minutes they brought out some burgers that were not fully cooked. This place should be shut down for the trifling customer service that is being provided here. If I have to spend over eight dollars to get four little Krystal’s l expect them to be fully cooked and not served on some stale bread. I’ll no longer spend money here until they address the problem of the food being cooked and served properly.
