I had a quick, cheap meal that was what I expected. It was hot and fast. But upon my visit on 2/12/25. The food was kept in the warmer too long. The bread was crunchy as well as the fries. I was not pleased with this visit at the Riverdale location for lunch today.

Shout out to the Saturday morning/afternoon crew on 8/17/24. The food was cooked to perfection! It was the best meal I ever received from that particular Krystals ever. The service was stellar and the woman at the window went above and beyond. Please keep that crew and pay them well. Krystals can make a serious comeback with employees like those. Compliments to the cooks as well. 5 stars!
