I’ve been coming here for a while since I moved down to Riverdale, and honestly this place is hit or miss. The dark skinned girl with ginger hair is amazing she’s by far the best and makes every visit worth it. The older woman does a good job too when she’s working. Everyone else? Not so much. If I had to choose, I’d go to the Old National location, but it’s a little dirty and still not great

I'm very disappointed in Little Caesars I don't know if it's a shorting staff shortage or what the situation may be but y'all need to call y'all hot and ready zone the cold and we'll get your AutoZone because no pizza is never ready that's supposed to be ready in the hot It's always you got to wait a fish a dish of 15 to 30 minutes and then what makes it bad by the time you order your pizza you got over 15 people waiting So why are the pieces ready to go I just wanted to bring that to you all attention do better 😍💞

this why certain people only can get a job at fast food restaurants because they seem to not put in enough effort to do anything in the right way. Look at this pizza that I ordered tonight through Uber eats they put the pizza in the wrong size box. I don’t even have the amount of slices I’m supposed to have for a large. I didn’t get neither of my 20 ounce sodas nor a dipping sauce for eight wings that were not cooked and let’s not talk about the barbecue sauce that y’all slapped on. I don’t care if you guys are young don’t care about anyone’s nutrition. Are you just lazy and putting an effort seems too much like a real career but I will be calling in the morning to speak to the manager and to whoever higher up because whoever closed the store on August 13, 2025 and made that Uber eats order. I want you to get fired on your off day like Craig.

Terrible service at the Hwy 138 Riverdale location. Visited on June 4th around 9 PM—both employees had long braids with no hair nets, didn’t wear gloves, and one didn’t wash her hands before prepping my food. The young lady with blonde braids and glasses was rude and unprofessional. I also never received a receipt. Extremely unsanitary and disappointing.

The pizza I ordered 5/31/25 was not prepared fresh. I ordered online and received a ready notice less than 10 mins later. When I went to pick up my order the self pickup did not work for slot one. It would not open on its own I had to ask a staff member to grab my order. When I arrived home to eat the pizza It was full of gnats. I counted at least 5. I didn’t not make any pit stops from Little Caesars to home so they wouldn’t have come from elsewhere. I was devastated because really I was having a rough day and this is all I wanted and now I had to throw it away. And since I hadn’t checked prior to leaving it’s wasn’t worth going back and crying about it . I just cried at home

Was ready but not hot, and price is up to almost $7 Updated 5/25 placed an online order went to pick it up waited 35mins for the order. Food was cold and toppings looks like they were thrown on at the last minute and not baked into the pizza. Poor very poor

Husband just came from here. Ordered a Pepperoni pizza. The person behind the counter gave my husband old pizza. How can I tell? I was a Pizza chef. The crust was old and stale. The cheese was burnt. They were to lazy to make a fresh one. Absolutely no sauce on it. It was a big brown mess! Disgusting! They will never get my business again! I blame MANAGEMENT!

Why is this location so dirty? The floors, counters and even the logo sign was dirty. The employees were super nice but this location needs to be shut down for a day and deep cleaned.

Employees shouldn’t be allowed to have there kids running through the store while they are on the clock!! Don’t even know her name but the light skinned woman with Gray hair that works there need to be fired!! She has a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE! And she has her Kids running around in the back of the store and I saw her daughter jump on the Counter to get Hot sauce for the food she was eating 😡! I asked can I get my food made fresh and she proceeded to get loud telling me she just took it out the oven when I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and the pan was sitting on the counter before I walked in? So how did she just take it out the oven! Where do yall find these ppl! Health and food Violations all over the place!!

Came before they closed. And the worker she was super nice and said they didn't have much since they were closing. Got a regular pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. When closing time, some people give attitudes but this worker she did not. She gave the hook up on the sauce and the pricing of the food as well.

Very rude cashier, Went back and forth with me after i asked her to tell the cooks not to burn my order l. All she had to do was say ok and relay the message she then went to the back and told the cooks and talked very loud and disrespected about me. I do not appreciate that because if i ask for something that’s im reason i feel like that should accommodate it
