Delicious yuca and chicharrón! The passion fruit juice was also great! The chips and salsa were a great start. The salsa is unique and delicious!

Best kept secret in Riverdale!Absolute best nachos -- try them with the refried beans and sour cream as a dip. Enjoyed the videos playing on the big flat screen. My waitress seemed kinda over it though, not the most hospitable person that day.

Great margaritas and happy hour specials which I was too early for lol. They say open on Tuesday but they are actually closed. Had a sandwich and the breaded tasted old, I sat at the bar but dint get offered any complimentary chips and salsa the guy next to ke received, the steak was chopp3d a bit too much for my liking but the margaritas were really good.

I'm taking my time to write this review because I think is really important that people know what class of TREATMENT this restaurant and this STAFF is giving to their costumers. This situation is pretty frustrating, I decided to make a pick up orden. I called, made my orden and pay over the phone (which I think was really weird because normally you would pay when you get there) A few minutes past by and I realize i made a mistake i orden on the wrong location, I called and ask if we can cancel my orden or change it to the another location . I try my best to be patient and coming out with solutions, The lady that was on the phone simply tell me there's NOTHING she can do. At first i was trying to get her to understand me, that im too far away for my to pick the food up. She was really disrespectful, didn't wanna listen or do anything about it, simply told me there's nothing she can do. I asked for the manager to see if they can help me i ask over and over and over and the lady simply didn't want to let the manager know. This whole situation was complete disrespectful and the "customer service" give was completely wrong. The staff is super disrespectful, didn't wanna help me with anything or even cancel my orden! They simply hang out the phone. Don't recommend, horrible treatment! horrible service! horrible staff! terrible customer service! ESPAÑOL Me tomo mi tiempo para escribir esta reseña porque creo que es muy importante que la gente sepa qué tipo de TRATO está dando este restaurante y este PERSONAL a sus clientes. Esta situación es bastante frustrante, decidí hacer un pedido para llevar. Ordené en la ubicación equivocada, llamé y pregunté si podíamos cancelar mi pedido o cambiarlo a la ubicación del pedido. Hice todo lo posible para ser paciente y encontrar soluciones. La señora que estaba al teléfono simplemente me dice que no hay NADA que pueda hacer. Al principio estaba tratando de que me entendiera, que estaba demasiado lejos para que pueda recoger la comida. Fue realmente irrespetuosa, no quería escuchar ni hacer nada al respecto, simplemente me dijo que no podía hacer nada. Le pedí que pasara al gerente al teléfono para que me ayudara, Le pregunté una y otra vez y la señora simplemente no quería que el gerente lo supiera. Toda esta situación fue completamente irrespetuosa y el "servicio al cliente" que dieron fue completamente incorrecto. El personal es súper irrespetuoso, ¡no quería ayudarme con nada o incluso cancelar mi pedido! Simplemente colgaron el teléfono! No lo recomiendo, pésimo trato! horrible servicio! horrible personal! pésimo servicio al cliente!

This is the second time I went in there and they have three different menus with different prices and they up charge me both times telling me they just used the one menu with the highest prices on it but have two other menus with lower prices I’m never going there
