They Be Slow To Getting Certain People's Food And The Ones Who Order After You Get There's First And Just Because You Come In With A Coupon For Free Food An Employee That Is Cooking In The Back Will Yell And Fussing And You Don't Know Who It Is When You Let Customer Service Know And The Coupons Are What They Send You For When You Report Them So That Is Why I Had To Stop Going There For A While Because Of The Way They Are Out Of Control,I Completely Stop Going There Because Of The Way They Were Out Of Control And When I Suddenly Go There Again A Cashier Just Be Laughing Softly When I Am Ordering

Rude and disrespectful service...I waited in the drive thru over 30 minutes to receive cold food tonight. I turned back to go through the drive to be questioned rudely and told I could not get fresh food that I paid for because it was not fair to the other customers! My response it isn't fair to me to be back and receive cold food. They said they couldn't because I had ate off of it. A couple fries and bit a nugget and that's why I'm back. Both were cold and dry! She rudely asked for my receipt and bag for them to remake. Looks like I still didn't receive fresh food but corporate will hear from me.

If I could give -0 stars I would. This location is always shutting down early and always have bad attitudes. Don’t even look decent enough and have the nerves to be nasty and don’t want to serve customers literally declining customers back to back because they are LAZY!! Don’t come here and trust I loved coming here but enough Is enough!

I had a disappointing experience at McDonald's on Riverdale Road. I placed a mobile order and waited to be serviced while my food sat on the counter getting cold. When I asked the lady if my order was sitting there, she dismissed me, saying someone would bring it to me, and then continued to ignore me.

After some time, I asked again, only to find out that the bag sitting there the entire time was indeed my order. She handed it to me without even looking at me. The lack of communication and customer service was frustrating, especially as a loyal customer.

Next time, offer a free item or some gesture of goodwill to make up for the inconvenience. Cold food and poor service don’t meet the standard I expect from McDonald's.

Poor service all around from management to the dishwashers rude disrespectful and careless or care free excuses of works the whole crew needs to be replaced insulted us and foul mouth language laughing at the shoes my friend choose to wear food was cold as ice almost fries stiffer than wood there is no leadership throw out the whole establishment from what I see never come there and my food be hot fresh or made to order and they’ll hate your life if you use the McDonald’s app rewards like you take money from them ridiculous

I have been to this location a few times, since I work in the area and the service is usually okay. However, on 11/20, the service was horrible. The first issue involved my food being cold, in addition, the entire team was seen standing at the second window, laughing and playing around, with their backs against the window. I had to blow my horn to get their attention, so that they could give me another drink, after the guy who prepared my drink was seen handling the cup by putting his bandaged hand over the top of it. Absolutely disgusting! Two things needs to happen at this location, the service needs to improve and the employees really need to consider the fact that they're handling other people's food and drinks, therefore, better care needs to be made.

*DoorDash Horror story* I paid extra for round egg and still got folded. I usually tend not to DoorDash because something always goes wrong. Being a former employee of McDonald's I thought this time it would be different sadly I was mistaken not to add I didn’t get any napkins .
