Ordering any quarter pounder burger will take time…painfully slow prepare to pull up and wait. When you get your order fries guaranteed to be cold. Sad but I’ve gotten used to it at this location. Always a pull-up……. and wait.

Stood here for 10 minute waiting for someone to take my order. 5 employees walked by and not one took my order. I understand short staff and being busy but communicate.
The young female manager needs to have more training with professionalism with customers! Smoking at the front door entrance is disgusting and nasty! The lady in purple by passed the restroom without washing her hands! The food was trash a negative-1000, unappealing and thrown together! I asked for extra pickles got possible two! My food wasn’t hot or made fresh!

Food good! People were nice but fix those kiosk to take credit cards ...when they don't you have to wait for someone that's getting an order to come ring you out. Slowing your time down and the kiosk was put in to speed things up and please put some receipt paper in them things it's always out .We need receipts especially when someone sends you to get their food and they ask for the receipt. Just the small things that should be clock work. Good Food though

This is the worst location. Employees give attitude for late food and incorrect food. I did a pickup order, and the employees were treating us as an inconvenience because we couldn't get a curbside spot and had to use the drive thru

This mc donald 2 times I was there and there is a guy at window he have a bad atttitude for customer service . I give this mc donald 1 star. if they don't fix him then people will not come back. They have good service for a while but until this guy came .and agian today my wife order and they did not give her her coffee and ky oatmeal so much water in it. No wonder why their review only 3,2 . This is one of the worse mc donald that I have experience.

First off, I found hair all in my food that is not mine. Then the blonde lady manager wouldn't exchange my food or even give me a refund. Then when I was leaving, I saw roaches crawling around the trash can. I feel sick, but glad I didn't eat the food I bought from there. And I'm out of money for lunch and hungry. Never again!!
