I recently placed an order at this location. When I arrived my order was ready was just waiting for my drinks. The boy made the slushie but it wasnt mixed so the young lady told him to remake it which he did an handed to me. She made my sprite an gave it to me. I left drove 15mins to get to where Im going the sprite was flat didnt have no taste. The slushie was very bitter. I called the store but no answer of course.

I ordered the Mac meal, NO pickles and why I had pickles on my burger????? I DON'T LIKE THEM Mac pickles... next time I will return it for a full refund instead of pulling the pickles off...

First of all my order was wrong, when i went inside markeon was in the front. When i told him my order was wrong he said that wasn’t his problem and i needed to talk to somebody who can help me. He than walked away to the back and laughed. How disrespectful even to hear employees cursing in back and playing music….Disgusting is it to have employees who work at fast food refusing to help anyone after they messed up they order. Please hire new people cause the young kids don’t care about anything but a quick buck.

I ordered the McRib for the first time ever and they had the audacity to put it on hamburger buns. I was trying to do a mukbang and I couldn’t because of the presentation. I will upload a pic. I’m over it. Like who in their right mind thought it was ok to put a hamburger bun on a sandwich that doesn’t fully cover the meat. If you were out of buns on one sandwich, I can work with you, but all four?? Should’ve just canceled my order to begin with.

The manager there tonight needs to learn to save her convos for another time. Don’t sit there and have a conversation with my food in your hand for 2min. Bag my food up get me out of here then go about your conversation, your getting paid to be here not me. Not to mention when I 1st got inside I gave her the benefit of doubt cause she was texting or emailing while I stood at the counter she had no idea I was even there .

My fries were not cooked all the way. I thought they were prepared on a timer , but apparently they didn’t allow them to cook all the way. The Big Mac only had one piece of meat . And they placed extra sauce to cover it . It was so heavy with sauce I couldn’t even pick the sandwich up. I tried call the location back for over a hour, No Answer. So I decided to let everyone know of this nasty situation. I had to trash my entire meal. I’m so upset .

I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's in the first place, but the service here was particularly not the best. They only had half the order in the bag and the employees were very rude.
