Normally the service is ok at this location but on this day I experienced the most nastiest thing ever at this location. I ordered 2 coffees and a apple pie. The apple pie they gave me had been bitten off. I am so disappointed that they would serve their customers eating off of food.

If I didnt want toppings on my burger, I would've asked for that. For me, the toppings make the taste pop. My burger didnt have any toppings except for mustard and ketchup. I ordered a quarter pounder w cheese , small fry and lemonade. Sandwich was horrible and wasnt completely done. I gave my food to my dog, and grabbed something else to eat.. do better! Side note, I went around 9:50pm , It was no line and no need to rush!

Tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a McDonald’s location. What should have been a simple 5–10 minute transaction turned into a 40-minute ordeal.
There was no one at the front register, forcing customers to use the self-service kiosks. Several of the screens were dirty and unresponsive, making it difficult to complete an order. When I asked an employee for assistance, I was told to move to another kiosk—only to encounter the same issue, despite the coupon already being loaded. The machine simply did not work.
I then approached the manager, Tramal, for help. Unfortunately, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional, especially for someone in a management role. As a former manager myself, I found his lack of accountability and customer care unacceptable.
We requested fresh fish and fresh fries, fully understanding that it would require additional wait time. However, due to the already excessive delay and the fact that I was headed to work, we could not continue waiting—especially when it appeared the food being served was not fresh to begin with. Had I not been on a time constraint, I would have returned the meal and requested compensation for wasting money on food that was not desirable.
I am requesting a response from higher management. If this experience reflects your standard operating protocol, I will be escalating this matter to corporate.

Food was hot and fresh. The manager on duty is friendly and nice. Highly recommend this location. Only one issue was this young lady working front counter cashier was not friendly and had no customer service skills this was at 11:30am today she is very rude and rolls her eyes at customers she doesn’t wear a name tag.

You always have my caramel frappes when everyone else’s location refuses to clean the machine so we can get our McCafe. Lol. That young man name Richard who worked the overnight shift last night was very polite and patient with me. As a matter of fact, your entire night crew gave real good customer service! I was very impressed and it felt good to see that. Whomever performs your recruitment, did a good job on those picks! That’s why I choose to buy my food here over all other locations in the area! 🏆

Ms. April and her team are phenomenal, plain and simple. I pass at least 4 other McDonald's locations for this particular one. It doesn't matter what time of day or what I order, the food is consistently good.

My sandwich was completely wrong. I got a #4 spicy add Mac sauce. There was no lettuce, tomatoes or Mac sauce, just cheese and mayo

I can’t even give “under stars” . I walked in due to my food being wrong before.
The only person working was the guy cleaning the lobby area. The ppl in the back was running , I waited 15 mins for a coffee (lg) 10 sugar 3cream and a Carmel frappe with EXTRA CARAMEL.
Not only did it take 15 mins I couldn’t get a receipt and they had to go back twice because it was wrong. The manager says “can u use the kiosk” girl I’m waiting on TWO DRINKS!!!! Then she walked away . This is the third time no more I’ll go to Another location. AND I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET. YALL SUCK!!

Someone there hit my debit card for 29.94 they are committing card fraud so be careful stopping there I was at home when I get a alert that my card was used so I reported it to the card fraud and the police it happened at 300 pm on 8-14-2025
