If I could leave 0 stars I would! Tonight I called three times after waiting over an hour got my food! The last young man I spoke to was extremely rude! And this isn’t my first time! The last time I had to drive up to the store after calling multiple times as well! The customer service on night shift is horrible!

This review is based solely on the young man working the register this evening 12/22/2025 around 6:45-7pm. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was awesome! I watched him help an older gentleman man out with his order by going into is OWN pocket. He was friendly, professional and just a good vibe all around. He joked with the customers and I definitely left with a smile on my face. Kudos to you young man, you have a great spirit. I joked with him and said “ you messing with everyone tonight.” His reply was “ I just like putting a smile on people’s face.” You definitely did.

Every time I order from there app the get DoorDash to deliver my order and the DoorDash steals my order and they not we’ll help replace the order. This happened to me over 4 to 5 time. Your wasting your money order here I been scared to order from here since last issue had with that. Spend over 50 dollars lost it because they didn’t want replace the order or refund me my money back. The worst feeling ever.

I ordered my pizza through DoorDash. That pizza was absolutely disgusting. I love papa John’s. So, I was shocked when I received a pizza that was undercooked after requesting for it to be well done. This is by for the absolute worst papa John’s. And y’all need to run my money back. I could even eat the damn pizza. I just threw the whole thing away.

I normally use doordash for delivery but figured I would stop in and order inside the location today. Upon entering there was no menu at all for customers which was kinda off putting to say the least. Having a menu reassures customers of what they pay each time they order as well as keep wait times down when there is a line on busy days. The cashier was pleasant and patient and the food was hot. Just think a food chain such as papa John's should have a visible menu for people ordering in.

This is tiring and I'm not longer going here. The first time they kept making mistakes I spoke with the manager I guess he was but he told me the "extra" meat I ordered was under the cheese. IT WAS NOT. Then I ordered pizzas again and the crust was thin and burnt and they told me they were refunding me my money. THEY DID NOT. now I ordered the works with no olives. THERE WAS NO PEPPERONI! if I call I know I won't get nothing by it. Terrible.
The customer service is horrible. The young lady at the front clearly doesn’t understand customer service. She had a nasty attitude.
