I should have read the reviews first oh my God just lost $24.28 to order that never showed up. They (the physical store )won’t answer. I had to make some type of corporate complaint and got a number won’t see my money for 3 to 4 days maybe …… order at your own risk!Update to above. … after giving up on waiting and trying to cancel this order, I left and got myself something else to eat out DoorDash, who was delivering the pizza sent a text saying it was delivered and handed to me mind you I’m not there so I went to the physical store, the manager, after some conversation ended up giving me my money back, but when I got home, this is what I found waiting for me on the ground outside my front door. This definitely can’t be right who would leave food on the ground and say they handed it to someone. Serious health concerns here about this store decisions.

I usually like this location but today was the last time . Pizza was wet and appeared to not be done . I hate floppy pizza!!!! I also asked for stuff crust and the pizza had NO cheese in the crust and the pizza was not cut properly and was torn as I was trying to get a slice . I called up there nicely to express my concerns nicely only to be cut off while talking and placed on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and was ignored called back and chose the option to order to speak to someone. Again nobody answer the phone. Rude establishment and poor quality pizza .

My order was canceled yet no one notified me it was canceled. I called to see what was taking so long for the delivery and was told it was canceled with no explanation. This location may need to be shut down! Wish I could give 0 stars.

The professionalism is at an all time low at this location. Ordered online at 7:52pm quoted 8:21pm delivery time. Food arrived 9:33pm missing 2 WHOLE pizzas. The one pizza and cheese sticks I received was cold. The cheese was hard, stuck to the bread with no sauce, I mean dry!! I called Pizza Hut and was told Dasher stole my food the store will remake my order.Contact the Dasher, the dasher confirmed Pizza Hut didn’t give him my entire order. So the manager lied on the dasher instead of taking accountability's for there mistake. Here it is 11:47 pm I’m currently on hold trying to get in contact with the store for a refund writing this review. My 4 children and I didn’t have pizza for dinner tonight. $51.19 spent and Im still on hold at 12:03am. Customer service refused to give me corporate number or the number for the store. I’m not getting my pizza today at this rate it seems like I’m not getting a REFUND.. Just eat Papa John’s or Domino’s you can thank me later!!!! Pics below for PROOF

I ordered my food for delivery. My food came wrong. They sent a pepperoni pizza and we don't eat pork. They didn't send my drink. I called to complain and didn't get a response. They kept putting me on hold. I then called the corporate and still no response. Pizza hut has lost my business.
