whatever manager is there tonight was very rude an not accommadating. I received the worst customer service that I have ever recieved in my life, very unprofessional. the delivery driver was very nice and patient tho.
Now you know what!!! I have given this location many times to get it together. Being that this the only one that is closer to me. All I want is my money back and now my tip that I gave. I shouldn't have to wait till Friday morning to talk to a supervisor about refunding my money. This is ridiculous!! Worst customer service ever! Waited an hour for cold pizza to be delivered! Then the manager, a lady named Tanner, who thought it was okay to go back and forth with me, told me I would need to bring the pizzas back. She stressed that I needed to bring them back. I had already explained that my car was not home and asked if new pizzas could be delivered.
