I feel when u place online orders Pizza Hut should confirm address and phone nnumber of the location BEFORE HANGING UP IN MY FACE LITERALLY WHILE STILL TALKINGGG I was hung up on 7 times trying to find order and I was polite and professional and non aggressive it was the most WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRR why can’t we just call that direct store to order to keep down confusion I gave them the number to my other phone not the one I was calling from which I told her on the phone and EVERYTIME I WAS HUNG UP ON SO DISRESPECTFUL 7 Times never yelled cursed Nothing That’s not even my vibe

First off I want my money back. They never get my pizza right. I'm always missing something(toppings)on my pizza. My melt/canzone is empty barely put anything in it,and this time I only got one in the box with no sauce on the side ever.My cheesesticks hard as hell and burnt. One of the worst, if not the worst Pizza Hut in Georgia. And the toppings on the cake is that whenever they mess up your order they don't answer the phone. I've been waiting for 2 hours for a answer.
Too many young adults working at this Riverdale, Ga location so you may or may not get your online order when you arrive to carry out. Appears to be a lot of playing around instead of working.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Pizza Hut! I ordered the pepperoni Lovers melt last night. It took an hour to make an hour to deliver. I live three minutes away. The lovers melt was burnt and had olives in the box. and they forgot the wings and the marinara sauce, but it was full. I called several times and they never answered the phone. I called this morning and they remade my order. I picked it up although it wasn’t burnt and they had the wings and marinara sauce. The pepperoni lovers melt was just about empty. It was barely any pepperoni or cheese. It’s like they took a half of a regular pizza and folded it over. TERRIBLE

My order status said the order was ready after 15min, it took an hour and a half to get just a personal pan. The pizza was cold and barely had any toppings on it. VERY disappointed and will not be returning to location.

The young lady could not even find my order and caught an attitude because I asked her to look it up by my number instead. She then found it. This is the 2nd time that I've had a horrible experience with this location. They are VERY unprofessional. The pizza both times were undercooked. I will never go to this location again!

the manager was very nice nasty. She dropped my condiments on the floor and still handed them to me. I asked her for a new set she laughed in my face as if I'm wrong. And it's stinks in there. It doesn't smell like pizza or cleaning. It has a weird smell.
