The whole presentation was horrible, not appetizing at all, forgotten toppings for my personal pan pizza, too much sauce, Alfredo pasta, garlic horrible, so oily & wet, could not just have a decent meal after long work day smh

Food is almost always good and fresh from this particular Pizza Hut spot. But come on, a pickup order that is READY should not be so hard to pick up. Door locked at 2pm with no sign that only drive thru is open, is wild. Employee sees me confused at the door proceeds to point at the window through the locked door. I drive around to the window and said employee doesn’t even bother coming to the window. I reverse and pull up again so the sound can go off, once again, to make it know I was at the window. Employee then comes to the window. No hello, no nothing just attitude like I offended him by ordering pizza. If you are the only one working, I’m sorry, but that is not my fault. Don’t have your doors locked with no sign expecting the customer to know what y’all have going on in store.

I ordered my pizza 1 hour and 40 minutes ago! I tried texting when my order was delayed for 15 minutes, not that bad! I had no answers at all, they made me stare at my screen like an idiot. After waiting for 5 minutes I called them and I waited 40 minutes just for them not to pick up at all! I didn't get my pizza or my refund, this is awful service do not order from here EVER unless you want your money stolen. I'm fuming.

Ordered a few thing through delivery on the app and NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER! I waited two hours, desperately trying to reach out to anyone I could. I wasn’t able to reach the person even making the delivery. I WAS NOT REFUNDED! I called customer services and they never responded. Nothing. Please do not come here. This place has terrible service and I’m so frustrated. The only thing I can do is post a review. They honestly need to shut this place down.

Normally the service is superb but today I came in to pick up my pizza got ignored for 10 minutes then someone showed up smelling like cigarettes and I had to wait an additional 15 min for my pizza which I had already placed the order online and it should have been ready. Pizza was great but I'm done with pizza hut now. Service is everything if I'm spending my money!
They forgot half of my order that was for delivery. Can't even call them to get it right. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut. This location is horrible. Did not order from them.

I don't even know why they're still open they only pay people to stand behind the building and smoke weed instead of actually providing food if you don't place your order online and pick it up you won't get your food if you place your order online for delivery they never have delivery drivers and it takes over an hour just to get your food or it may not come at all

Horrible horrible service do not ever waste your time going here they hire nothing but teenagers that hang out behind the building all day smoking weed then when you order food it takes over 40 minutes just for a personal paying pizza that's burnt and you still can't get a refund save your time and trouble and go to the one down the street this one has been horrible for the past two and a half years I wish they would just shut it down
