WILL be requesting a refund. They never get your order correct unless it's carryout. My food arrived cold AND burnt. I have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get someone from the store on the phone for a refund. I will be going in there tomorrow. Avoid this location!

I placed an order, they said it would be 30 minutes, about 50 minutes I called back to check on the order, they said I called the wrong store, I called others in the surrounding area and they didn't have my number name or an order, I called the store located at 8411 GA 85 Riverdale Georgia 30274 then they told me I had the wrong store and They would retake the order again so I reorder it, then they told me it would be delivered before 10:00 pm, and I called back at 10:15 pm and they said they showed no order for me or my phone number. I told them just refund my money back to me. They said they couldn't because I didn't have an order in their system to prove I ordered one. I drove to the pizza place and I told them I wanted to pick up my order for Lena Padilla, it was a medium supreme. She went to check on the order and brought me a large pizza under the name of Khadeya, which isn't even a name and it was to be delivered at 12 Summit Lane Riverdale Georgia 30296 which is the correct order and address, but the name wasn't right. She gave it to me and it was cold and it has been setting there since about 8:30 pm. I'm not very happy with this situation and they need to hire people that knows what they are doing or have an experience staff member there during training a new person. I will never ever eat at another Pizza Hut for as long as I live, and I would never recommend you guys to anyone I know and I can tell you that the people that were in the room with me when I ordered had already said they will never eat there again so you just my business and you lost 6 other people's business! That's too bad because I really like doing business with you in the past but no more! I'm sorry it had to come to this, and I don't appreciate your staff telling me that I was lying about my order!!!

I ordered three pizzas and all were incorrect. Placed an order online, paid for it and had my son pick it up. When he arrived, and I checked the order, I realized all my pizzas were wrong. I attempted to call and reach a person, but all my attempts were not picked up by the store. I left a message with a call center manager for a return callback from the store, but I did not receive a callback. It has been over a week, and I have not received a response. It would like a response to resolve the issue if this review reaches an actual person. Thank you.

MY WHOLE FAMILY GOT FOOD POISONING FROM EATING HERE. Be very careful. We have been ordering from this pizza hut for years and as of the last 2 years it’s gone downhill. Pizzas kept getting worse and then BOOM this happened. The young lady who works the window is so sweet though.

We ordered our pizza online and they did not make them correctly. We ordered a large meat lovers with thin crust and light sauce and they gave us a meat lovers without all of the toppings, a lot of sauce and hand tossed. I don't understand how hard it is to follow the directions.
