Well 3 weeks have gone by and I’m sad because I miss Riley’s cheesesteaks. Shoutout to Abby and the team for giving me great quality dinner and the blueberry pineapple lemonade??? Mannnnn it’s just too much. The chicken one was fire and I appreciate the pricing/customer service.

I never thought i would write a bad review about Riley’s, my favorite place well WAS…. This has to be the worse Philly ever. Please get them kids out the kitchen!!!! I am completely caught off guard by this man…. The lady owner must not be in town… Clothes piled up in a booth soon as you walk in; idk what’s going on but yall need to get it together asap…

Wow what a pleasant surprise. Tucker away in the corner of a Kroger strip mall is this gem. I was craving a cheesesteak after returning from LA and having one at the legendary Matu’s in Beverly Hills. I read online that Riley’s was one of the best in South Atlanta in Riverdale! Riverdale? I had to check it out.
Lemme tell you…I may have actually preferred Riley’s over Matu’s. The sweet and hot peppers (and yes they are hot) with the pickles over the perfectly cooked beef. I got the provolone cause it melts wonderfully and binds all the ingredients.
Bless Ty the owner cause I was so hungry I forgot to get a drink but the hot peppers had me sweating, so she brought me some water. I probably looked like I was suffering but I was enjoying every bite!
Definitely coming back cause it’s on my South ATL go-to list!
