I’ve tried to give this location two times but they failed. The first time the lady was very rude when I was trying to tell her my order so I left and the second time they just move extremely TOO SLOW! It was only one person in the drive thru when I pulled up and it was taking them so long to give me my smoothie so I left again after I ordered. It doesn’t take 20 mins to make a smoothie. Find better employees please. This location is horrible. Never will return.

Nasty attitudes! I had to wait 15 mins to get my order taken and then another 15 mins for them to make it. Moving slower than a snail on purpose. The smoothie king on old national would never! I’ve given this location two tries and I’d never come back and give them any of my money!

Idk what happened but this location has gotten so slow. There’s always a backed up line, when you get to the box to order you’re still waiting 5-7 mins before you order, if you order through the app, smoothie still isn’t ready. Seems to be understaffed during peak times (when ppl are heading to work) & takes much longe than it should. When greeted, there’s no how are you doing, there’s no hey, it’s either “what’s the name” or “you can go ahead.” This location started off great, but has def declined.

There is no fast food restaurant that takes this long to take an order and then blend smoothies. There is no efficiency in getting to the customers. The lady at the window is unprofessional as all get out. There is no other smoothie king that takes as long as this one. I have complained to corporate and I am going to keep complaining until they do something about the people who work at this store.
Wow! The wait is crazy. I’m literally standing in the window watching 4 girls just talk and laugh. Several cars in line & several people standing. What a joke. Is there any oversight here? It can’t be with this behavior & based off prior reviews this is a reoccurring thing. First & LAST time visiting this location.

I have enjoyed getting smoothie at Smoothie King for years. Per usual I had a craving and went to the store close to home. Ms. Aniyah L gave Steller customer service. A store manager in the making.She is Patient, sweet, polite, Very informative and great at suggestive sales. I can go on and on but you get it.
