Warning: Smoothie King – Riverdale (Hwy 85)
I bought a $14.56 coconut bowl and water here and got diarrhea for four days. When I called to ask if other customers had the same issue, the manager was extremely rude, refused to give her name, refused to provide the corporate number, and even hung up on me. I called back and got the same disrespect.
This location clearly has poor customer service and questionable health practices. I’ll never return, and I’d strongly warn others to think twice before spending money here.

I’ve tried to give this location two times but they failed. The first time the lady was very rude when I was trying to tell her my order so I left and the second time they just move extremely TOO SLOW! It was only one person in the drive thru when I pulled up and it was taking them so long to give me my smoothie so I left again after I ordered. It doesn’t take 20 mins to make a smoothie. Find better employees please. This location is horrible. Never will return.

Nasty attitudes! I had to wait 15 mins to get my order taken and then another 15 mins for them to make it. Moving slower than a snail on purpose. The smoothie king on old national would never! I’ve given this location two tries and I’d never come back and give them any of my money!
